A good option if you’re looking to get all the B-vitamins. I also love that it has biotin in the mix as well. It is easy to swallow, no after taste and does not upset my stomach (doesn’t matter if I eat with or without food!)Overall, great price for what you get.**WARNING!!!** it DOES make your urine bright yellow! Do not let it alarm you when you see it!

Good, but with an exception
So I took these for a couple years, great value with no issues. Cracked open a new bottle and had an insane reaction after taking one pill. Pins and needles feeling while feeling extremely hot. No other variables were present (that is know of). So years of good with one bad reaction. Just know that like with any supplement, there’s a possibility of this.
