    Easy to swallow with water, but taking it in a timely manner could be challenging

    Easy enough to swallow. I had difficulty remembering to take it half an hour before I had a meal , so it would be unfair for me to judge it’s effectiveness (I had no results), however if your schedule is irregular then you also might find it difficult to to take it as directed. I did not notice a significant increase in my energy levels. For this type of supplement, the price is fair.

    Not for me, but you may have better luck

    Didn’t really work for me. I’ve been using this for just shy of a month now and haven’t really noticed any difference. I was already working on trying to lose weight and dropped 25lbs, and then hit a plateau so I thought these might be good to try to get back to dropping pounds and I’ve mainly maintained the same weight. Haven’t noticed any boost in energy or less cravings either. I hate to give it a bad review because with any supplement or medication it does depend on how your body responds to it, so while this didn’t work for me, it may work great for someone else. I will say I didn’t notice any BAD side effects, so that’s always a win!

    I get the concept behind these pills. A great way to curb appetite while going long periods without eating is consuming electrolytes that your body is actually craving in the form of signaling for food. The basic ingredients are just electrolytes or essential minerals your body usually burns through doing any activity. You don’t eat for a while, try chugging a gatorade zero. You’ll notice one thing almost immediately, and that’s that those hunger pangs dissipate significantly. That’s because your body is absorbing the essential electrolytes your body is actually craving, leaving you with a clearer mind and sharper focus to continue to make better decisions. That’s basically what these pills are doing. The thing is that these won’t do much without some added hydration, so make sure you take with a full glass of water.The added Garcinia Cambogia crap in there has literally no effect on weight loss whatsoever. There is no scientific evidence that it even suppresses appetite. It’s pure nonsense. In fact the only scientific evidence we have of effects in the body are liver toxicity in larger doses. So this might as well not be in this pill at all. It’s complete nonsense and will do zero for you and in some cases may even harm you. That alone knocks off several stars. It’s basically a signifier for people actually in the know that this is fad diet nonsense.The only thing affecting your appetite in these pills are the minerals added. In that particular case, you’d be better off consuming any low calorie electrolyte drink over this. This product has little reason to exist other than to part you with your money.

    Not quite as effective as I thought

    We were optimistic about this supplement as cravings have always been my challenge specially during the evening and I though this would help me get through them but alas, it did not.I think it may work different on each individual but I quite honestly did not feel any difference after several weeks of taking it. I did not see any secondary effects either so I just probably got a placebo.Apparently the Garcinia Cambogia gives you a sense of satiety when you consume it so you stop eating faster but that did not work for me

    Seems to be working!

    Chromium, Potassium and Calcium with what HCA complex of Garcinia extract along with other forms. What I can tell you is that with proper diet and consistent use that you can actually achieve weight loss with this. I went on the basic low carb diet and combined this with my new way of eating about 3 months ago. I have lost 52 lbs so far and am consistently loosing 3-4 lbs per week since. I have days where I don’t stick to my diet. We all have that. But as long as I go right back to what I was doing, everything has been fine. I don’t feel any jitters or any side effects with this supplement. I take one per day in the morning along with a multi-vitamin and curcumin supplement. I am 53 years old and have never had an effective diet until now. Your milage may vary and this isn’t a miracle pill but I think it is helping me loose a bit more than my diet would dictate.
