A blessing!!!
This spring I was experiencing the worst hay fever ever since I’ve been in this country (nine years). I also had really bad hey fever when I lived in Europe and I used to have to take antihistamines to be able to leave the house, but even with those, I would still have some symptoms. When I moved here I decided I didn’t want to take any medicine. This year my allergies were so bad I was actually considering taking them again. I had taken a quercetin supplement in the past from a different brand and it didn’t help much. I read about combining quercetin with nettle in an article and thought about giving quercetin another try. I took three capsules in the evening almost a month ago and the following day I had no issues with pollen. I have been almost symptom free since I started taking it. Only the very occasional sneezing, which I can live with, but before my eyes were burning all the time, I couldn’t sleep, the roof of my mouth was constantly itchy, even my ears, lips and face were itchy! My nose felt like an open faucet and the skin around my nose was terribly irritated. I wasn’t able to go to the park with my daughter. It was really bad! I had even tried sublingual drops for over a month with no luck. A couple of days ago I gave some of these quercetin/nettle pills to my neighbour, who had told me that he was taking the strongest antihistamines available because of how bad his allergies were. He stopped taking those to give this a try and after taking the quercetin/nettle supplement for a couple of days he told me that he can finally stop taking those meds and he will order some of these. Of course what can work for someone won’t always work for everyone, but at least my neighbour and I have had amazing results with this product.

Great combo supplement from a reputable brand
I have been taking this supplement for some time as recommended by my naturopath. The nettles for seasonal allergies and the Quercetin for cardiovascular health. I have been taking it for a while and while I dont feel amazing relief, I feel that its working. I love the brand and always purchase. The pill size is moderate. They are easy to take as they dont upset my stomach. I dont notice a relief of any pain but I wasnt in need of that with this pill. Its more of an immune assist.

OK, I got this product recommended to me and I can’t say I found a difference but I didn’t take it long enough to really know I guess but once I’m done breast-feeding, I’m going to try again. I’ve just had a lot of issues with my baby so I had to cut back on certain supplements.
