Easy to take and no side effects
Contacted the company directly about the black specks because it freaked me out and was relieved to know it’s natural oxidation of B vitamins in the capsules. I’ve been taking them for almost a year and really like how easy they are to take and I’ve had no side effects. Definitely recommend and hope to ease some of those who were worried like me when they first saw those little specks!

Yes they mold but I have a SOLUTION
I love the quality of these vitamins and the dosage of the supplement. However, even in non-humid weather they do mold after opening the bottle a few times or being left out a few days. SOLUTION: I had left over moisture traps from other pill jars (the small white packets) I had and threw them into a new bottle of these and I had zero mold compared to my first bottle. This company should provide those with these pills but they don’t. So, if you love the formulation like I do it’s an easy fix to keep these pills crisp and fresh.

No Fish!
I take these with a separate DHA gummy. These do not taste or smell like fish at all! Easy to swallow, no side effects. Highly recommend!

I am 78 years old and when my dermatologist suggested I take prenatal vitamins, I thought she was crazy! However, I ordered then and have really noticed a difference in my energy level and dry skin! Give them a try and you might be surprised as I was!

I was recommended these by a provider Who stands by the quality of this brand and used this for herself during both her pregnancies. As pricey, as these were, I went ahead and ordered them however I just received the item and upon inspecting the capsules there are visible black specks on them. I wanted a replacement however upon processing the return it asks for a photo which I add and then the return process ends there and takes me back to the start. When I contacted an associate their policy is, they have to email me a link where I need to upload the photo and wait one week before they decide if a replacement can be issued. This is such an inconvenient process and from what I see on here mold seems to be an issue with these. I’m beyond frustrated. I wanted to love these, but I am terrified to take them due to the fact that they have black spots on them. Do not buy these from here.
