Worth it!
I bought monolaurin with the hopes of avoiding the flu and other respiratory afflictions. So far so good!One night I woke up after falling asleep with my kids, and found that I had the start of a sore throat. I immediately came downstairs, ate an apple, and took a monolaurin capsule. Within 30 minutes or so my sore throat was gone.I have been taking one capsule in the morning and one with dinner. I even have been opening a capsule and sprinkling about 1/3 of it into some applesauce for my kids once a day to keep them healthy.I chose Designs by Health instead of other brands based on a doctor’s recommendation (she is a MD and certified integrative medicine doctor).

I love this product.
