    Great service, good product

    I have been taking this for over two years on doctor’s orders, due to having a MTHF mutation that affects my ability to absorb folate. It seems to be good quality, but honestly I can’t tell if it’s doing anything positive or not. Probably couldn’t tell unless I stopped taking it. However, I just ordered it for the first time on Amazon, and the customer service was great. I asked a question about a change in color of the capsules and they replied via email within an hour.

    Quality Brand

    I use this in combination with other supplements prescribed or recommended by my doctor after seeing the results of a full work up blood test. This particular supplement helps with serotonin production. This is a quality brand. I recommend anyone wanting to know more to seek a functional medicine doctor.     These arrived on time and have proved to be most helpful. My PCP recommend I find this supplement to help with some biochemistry concerns he had after taking blood samples. After using these, along with other supplements, I was tested again and he was very happy with the results.

    Nice way to increase your folate levels

    I like the small capsule design easy to swallow. I feel like the product is really being absorbed because I now have improved energy levels. I have a chronic anemia that was treated with folic acid this product breaks down the folic acid from plants so that we are able to absorb it more rapidly into our bodies

    No recommend .

    This product says it is 5 mg but in reality it is 1 mg and when you complain to Amazon they say you have to talk to the laboratory and the laboratory says the same thing, to talk to Amazon, anyway, no one can resolve it . Unfortunately, I tried to take it even though it was a lower dose than recommended, but the product has caused reactions such as stomach pain after 24 hours of taking it, the formula is strange with spinach. I don’t recommend it as methylfolate.

    It’s not the 5mg dose of 60 capsules. It’s actually only 1mg/1000mcg of 120 capsules. Despite their incorrect listing, I cannot return the product and get my money back. Disgusting. Avoid this money grab.

    Highly misleading since it’s sold as a 5mg product but it’s only 1mg – you get 1/5th of what you thought you were buying“ Designs for Health L-5-MTHF Folate, 5mg (8500mcg DFE) – Quatrefolic Active Vitamin B9 Methylfolate Supplement, 5000mcg – Non-GMO, Gluten Free (120 Capsules)” as the product name but it’s only 1mg per pill in the product.

    Only 1 mg per capsule

    This product confusingly lists three different amounts in the title, with the first one being 5 mg. I wish I had kept reading past that before ordering, because the bottle is clearly labeled as 1 mg/capsule. You would have to take 15 of these per day to reach the minimum recommended dose to improve your mood.
