I personally feel like I have not had the level of relief that some people have told me that they get from a glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM product, but I have not tried this particular brand or this exact formula, either, so I thought I would try it. I like that this product contains non-GMO ingredients. The formula is also free of shellfish for those who may have allergies to shellfish products. The bottle arrives double sealed, both externally around the cap and within the bottle opening. I have taken the product for only a few days and realize that this supplement can take some time in weeks of use before its effectiveness can properly be assessed. The pills are larger in size (~00) but a bit smaller than I had anticipated. A suggested serving is three tablets per day, per the bottle’s ‘suggested use’. That makes for an 80-day supply. This formula also includes a proprietary blend of accompanying botanical ingredients, like turmeric and Boswellia. My hope is that this product will be effective enough to warrant a desire to incorporate it into my daily supplements. Based on the ingredients and the amounts of each in a day’s serving, this product is providing either more of the main ingredients (glucosamine & chondroitin), or the botanical blend that other supplements have not included, or both, that I have tried in the past, so I am optimistic, knowing that I will at least determine and feel unequivocably if this type of supplement can be helpful for me or not. That knowledge along with the feeling of doing my due diligence has value in and of itself for me. These tablets do not affect my stomach adversely and can be taken without food. I have no trouble swallowing them. They have no discernible smell, taste, or aftertaste. Whether they end up helping me personally or not, if someone is looking for a quality formula of glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM, I would recommend this product due to its strength and accompanying botanicals, primarily. This 80-day supply at this strength with these botanicals is a good value.

Writing reviews for supplements and things like gummies is not easy, mainly because the effects / benefits one receives when taking them is often subtle and spread out over time. These are not doctor prescribed medications so they don’t have more obvious / immediate results. You can take a narcotic that a doc gives you or some natural supplement that helps with pain management, but the differences are going to be stark. Supplements are generally a way to avoid taking those sometimes harsher, caustic and potentially habit-forming medications a professional might prescribe – or at least that’s how I view them. But you can’t pop a couple pills of broccoli extract (or whatever) and expect to be wowed by the results. You might even take a supplement or chew a gummy for an entire month and never really see or feel the benefit. It doesn’t mean there’s nothing good going on, it just means the effects are more subtle and subdued. Things that work so well you can quickly see results we aren’t allowed access to, so we have to utilize products like this one, that may or may not actually be doing anything except making our urine a little darker after our body processes it. I’m not saying one way or another if I think this supplement did anything for me, because I honestly don’t know. I take the suggested amount on a daily basis, almost without fail, and I do so with fingers crossed that SOMETHING good is happening as a result.It’s also worth noting that I was not around when this product was made, packaged, etc so I can’t possibly know, or speak about, the quality of it. They can make claims about purity and so on but there’s no way I could possibly know or verify the truth to any of their claims. Believe it if you want, that’s entirely up to you. So what could I possibly put in this review, if that’s my attitude? Well I can say things like how easy they are to swallow, or do a price breakdown but that’s pretty much it. So here goes:These are very easy to swallow, and since I do so with water already in my mouth I cannot speak to how they might taste.As for price and value go, the breakdown is something like this: each bottle contains 240 pills and the suggested dosage is 3 a day, so you’re getting enough for 80 days (nearly 3 months) for $25.

More suitable for a large-animal vet practice than for normal humans given the massive (and undisclosed) pill size. They are scored, but cleaving them leaves sharp edges which may discomfort. Cannot return once opened so tossed and replaced with a different brand.

Huge Ineffective Tablets
Pills are huge, and I could not take more than one a day. Even when taking one a day, the tablets were difficult to swallow, even though I followed it with a lot of water. It felt like the tablets were stuck in my throat for quite a while, and they caused severe reflux. I had to admit that I felt a little nervous each time I took this product because it felt like a choking hazard to me. I also did not feel like I received any benefits from this product, so I’m giving up on it.
