I take 1 softgel pill a day, it is more than enough omega 3s per day. This is per my age group and health condition’s recommended daily dose per the NIH. This bottle lasts me 240 days and at that rate the price is unbeatable and this company makes good quality products and never had any issues thus far. There is no after taste, no fishy burps and the pill is larger than your typical supplement but is easy to get down with water.

Meets My Expectations
I take these with breakfast and found them to be burpless and tasteless. I’m not certain whether it’s coincidence, however, my blood pressure is noticeably lower, typically by 5-8 mm Hg for both systolic and diastolic readings. From what I have read recently about studies of the effects of omega 3, there are no indications that it increases life expectancy, although I have not seen any studies that say it doesn’t affect heart health in a positive way.
