    Leg Cramps.

    High dose, take with cations

    Be aware, this is pretty high dose for most. I was taken it for a while but then had weird feeling around my heart and my pulse was higher ( cone and go). I thought there is something with my heart. Doctor listen my heart and KG was normal, but uncomfortable feelings were in the area of my heart. Finally I figured it’s because of this supplement. I stoped and in couple of days symptoms stopped. This is a great product but be aware of the dose, it’s high. If you take too long high dose, it will build up in your system and might create problems instead of benefits.
