    💚. It’s Decaffeinated!! 💚

I ordered DaVinci Lab’s Decaffeinated Green Tea capsules because I saw that they were decaffeinated. I have appreciated and tried multiple times previously to take advantage of the purported benefits of green tea and green tea extracts. But I was never able to handle the strong caffeine content in either the tea or capsules. Green Tea Extract has a wide range of potential health benefits, from possibly defending your cells against free radical damage to helping possibly provide potential cardiovascular and metabolic support, possible brain function help, and possible weight management benefits. An average cup of green tea contains about 150 mg to 300 mg of EGCG polyphenols. The daily dose of one capsule of this decaffeinated supplement provides 350 mg of green tea extract, standardized to 98 percent EGCG polyphenols …without the caffeine.I am taking this four days a week, in the morning with a meal, I have not had any stomach issues or issues with caffeine or getting to sleep in the evening on the days I take this. Too much Green Tea Extract can raise liver enzymes in some of the population. Green Tea Extract Can also interfere with iron absorption as well. It is important to discuss taking green tea extract with your doctor for advice for your particular health care.

    Green Tea Supplement

I ordered this supplement because there are some very good ingredients in green tea that I would like to take advantage of, but I don’t drink tea. Polyphenols is the primary ingredient and EGCG is the other ingredient. In fact, this company claims that this product contains one of the highest concentrations of EGCG on the market. You can read in the ad what all these two supplements are good for, but research them if you are not familiar, because they can do a lot more than is listed. I like that the manufacturer guarantees to include only the most potent and purest ingredients. They are also safe quality food certified, and have great credential in the supplement industry. There are a lot of supplement companies out there that do not sell quality products, but this is one you can count on.

    pricy green tea

This brand is known to have high quality. The ingredients are clean. One bottle has 30days supply which is pricy but high quality green tea is expensive too. It is decaffeinated so no need to be afraid taking it to affect your sleep. I never thought decaffeinated is an option in supplement before. Now I know in the future to take tea supplement need to check this.To be honest I am not sure if it is effective because I am just taking it to maintain the health, not really to cure anything.

    1-2 month supply

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better, that you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out. This bottle comes about half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. I would prefer they put in more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle.Unfortunately, Amazon put their sticker right on the bottle’s label so I can’t read all the information there. If used as directed it will last 1-2 months (take 1 capsules once or twice daily). The expiration date on mine (THANK YOU for not printing it on the bottom of the bottle!) is Sep 2027.The capsules have a light scent and taste and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says none of those.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the bottle and website. The davincilabs site is functional and informative. They have been operating since 1973 and have multiple patents. Their is also information on their team and scientific review board, and much more.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I am impressed with what I see of the company and ingredients, including the lack of fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.The price may seem a little high if it ends up lasting only one month, but to be confident you’re getting a quality supplement from a reliable company is worth at least part of that, and if it helps you meet your goal for taking it, even better!Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

No scary additives. Needs independent lab testing. Green tea may be liver toxic to some.

This appears to be a good supplement with no worrisome additives. Capsules are small and filled with reddish powder that doesn’t taste much like green tea. It’s difficult to find decaffeinated green tea capsules. Keep in mind that decaffeinated is not the same as caffeine-free. Decaffeinated means a lot of caffeine is removed. If you’re caffeine sensitive, you’ll want to take these at least 10 hours before sleep.Green tea research suggests a lot of potential benefits. However, taking green tea supplements is associated with liver toxicity. So, you should have a good reason for taking green tea and find the cleanest possible sources. I’d prefer to buy from a manufacturer who has independent published tests of what’s in their supplements, including heavy metals. For this reason, for me, I do only one capsule or one cup of green tea per week. For me, fluoride is a concern, since it can be problematic for bones and thyroid gland. Fluoride is often found in green tea, because it’s in the soil, but I have never found a source who has tested for it and reported on it.

Review of DaVinci Labs Green Tea-70 supplement

Ordered this product by DaVinci Labs as I was seeking a product to support both my immune system as well as cholesterol health.Product arrived in a timely manner and was securely packaged. Serving size is just one capsule which I really appreciate as I can easily add this to my daily vitamin routine. Glad I ordered.

    Reputable brand, good quality supplement.

I’m usually wary of supplements purchased online that haven’t gone through the same vetting process that a brick and mortar nutrition store might go through. I check the labels when ordering, and research the companies behind their products. DaVinci labs seems to be a reputable brand, and their labeling is clear despite not being able to read some that was covered by the amazon inventory sticker. I can’t speak to how effective this supplement would be for you as there are lots of factors that could influence that, but I’d be comfortable taking this if you’re specifically looking for green tea extract.

Pricey, undetermined if worth it. *NOTE: NOT AN ENERGY BOOSTER PRODUCT*

PRICEY. I take one a day….Decaffinated mean much reduced caffeine, so anybody claiming “energy boost” or focus aiding must be very sensitive to caffeine. Otherwise, it’s absolutely placebo to “feel” any energy/focus boosting. That isn’t the design of this supplement (nor the effect unless – as already stated – one has high sensitivity to caffeine), but to provide immune support with its ANTIOXIDANT benefits. As for claims of cardiovascular and cholesterol benefits, it’s plausible it would beyond anything of possibly modest effects.I haven’t decided yet if it’s worth the price, since I’m not adverse to drinking the actual tea. This was meant to be a decaffinated antioxidant (and, in turn, anti-inflammatory with reduced oxidative stress) boost to the ordinary caffinated beverage while limiting the total amount of caffeine consumed (and disregarding timing concerns with it decaffinated), but…. I also take garlic oil, turmeric, and spirulina/chlorella for the same end goal as this supplement, so…Does the benefits of the particularly-decaffinated EGCG supplement justify the price? This jury’s still out.[As always, with majority of bottled supplements… Why does it need double the bottle to hold its actual contents?? Cracks me up, like it wouldn’t be noticed… Especially when pricey. 😂]
