Update 9/27/25:Seller contacted me and heard my feedback sincerely. Increased from 2 to 3 stars. I hope others can use this supplement as is. If not for the excess B6, it is a perfect supplement that does indeed help remove food sensitiviy for me personally, and that isnt easy to do.Original Review:Product is a great concept. But they ruined it by adding so much Viramin B6, though. This amount causes heart racing in pretty much anybody. If they were to cut the amount even by half. It would be tolerable. The type of people seeking this dont always tolerate large amounts of b vitamins. Goes to show the actual working knowledge of the maker of this supplement. I have MCAS and this supplement is wonderful, except the anxiety and heart racing caused by the b6 for hrs after dosing. Other than that it definitely fixes food sensitivies during meals for me.

Absorbic acid issue
I’m sure this is a great product, unfortunately I did not take notice of the absorbic acid which can increase oxalates in the body. Since I also have an oxalate intolerance, I won’t be able to use these.

I am surprised, impressed & amazed!But! These DAO enzyme supplements do seem to help!!I bought & tried these out of simple desperation to lessen my headaches after eating. (Caused by histamine intolerance…, that was induced from taking excessive Antibiotics.) Not even the “professional” Gastroenterologist was educated that would happen!! . . . So, I researched & tried, and adjusted my diet while taking these DAO enzyme supplements & I am here to tell you, I am not 101% “cured”, but have noticed a remarkable improvement.

Recently discovered that histamine reaction was really messing me up with brain fog and fatigue. A doctor recommended DAO along with reducing histamine heavy foods. A terrible reaction to Spinach and canned tuna is what tipped us off. Since changing my diet to avoid really high histamine foods, along with the DAO has changed my life. If anyone is worried about the ridiculous amount of B6 in here, worry no more. They changed the formula, they just didn’t tell anybody! My bottle says 1.7 mg of B6, which is 100%. The listing says 50 mg. Big difference. It’s time to update the listing!
