I ordered this protein powder because I am currently breastfeeding and I don’t always eat as well as I should so I figured this would be a good meal replacement option and for the most part I like it.Granted it’s a little more flavor forward than I anticipated it to be, but it wasn’t a complete deal breaker for me given that I enjoy pineapple flavoring very much and I especially appreciate the fact that this wasn’t gritty or oddly textured overall.I also like the idea that the ingredients in this are what you would expect and that this offers a little bit of caffeine in it as well because as a mom of two under two I definitely need a shot of energy on occasion.4 solid stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A great alternative to other protein powders on the market today. The flavor on this is pretty strong, but I like what they’re trying to do with the formula. It’s an interesting mix of electrolytes, caffeine, whey isolate, collagen peptides, and no sugar.I do think calling it a protein powder is a bit of a stretch though. At 10g of protein per serving, and not even a 10:1 ratio of calories to grams of protein, I wouldn’t personally consider this a protein drink. If protein is the main goal, there are much more efficient options.I think it makes more sense to look at this as an electrolyte/refresher drink that also happens to give you some caffeine and 10g of protein. Looked at that way, it’s a pretty unique drink—I just wouldn’t buy it specifically for the protein.

This is a Delicious way to add protein to your diet. It taste like the actual fruit, specially pinapple. The texture of the drink is almost clear. Like juice. It does not have that thick consistency you expect in the protein drinks, which is great! I love it. It has Zero Sugar, 10 grams of protein, electrolytes, Collagen Peptides, Prebiotics,3 grams of fiber, and tastes good! What else can you ask for? I’m sold! lol.Each scoop can flavor 14 oz of water, however, I can use 16 oz and still tastes good. I recommend 16 oz to make it less sweet if you want. Plus more delicious hydration. It dissolves well and fast in cold water.At the time of this review, The price for serving is just a little over a dollar. Not bad considering the price of the commercially packed bottles you can buy in the market, and they don’t have half of the protein/colllagen etc that this has.Definitely will buy more.

Artificial taste but good blend of ingredients
Protein, caffeine, collagen peptides, and hydration in one and all for only 60 calories! This powdered drink mix dissolved and mixed up fairly well with a bit of vigorous shaking. The directions say to mix 1 scoop with 10-14 oz of water and I did about 14 because I generally prefer a lighter flavor. Even with 14 oz of water it was still very flavorful. Normally I would like a pineapple mango taste but this seemed a bit overly artificial tasting. It’s not horrible, but definitely not the best I’ve ever had. There are about 20 servings in the bag when using the provided scoop. I like that this is just a little extra Protein for the day with the hydration and caffeine boost. Seems perfect for an early afternoon pick me up. Overall I’m happy with it but it does seem to be priced a bit high per serving at nearly $1.50 for each scoop at the regular price for only 10 grams of protein but with all the extras I can see where added costs can come it. I think it depends on what a person’s overall goals/needs are as to whether or not this is the best value for the money.
