Pleasantly Surprised
I have been taking a daily ginkgo biloba supplement for years. My only experience with panax ginseng is as a beverage ingredient. When I saw this product on Amazon Vine, I thought I should give it a try. I am pleasantly surprised.This natural herbal supplement is made in the Wisconsin. I googled Dairyland Ginseng and was impressed with their commitment to the product. They even sell ginseng seed if you would like to grow your own.At 75 servings per jar, this product is generously sized. The jar was well sealed and bears a best by date that is more than 2-1/2 years into the future. Serving size is two capsules daily containing 940mg of panax ginseng and 60 mg of ginkgo biloba. The ginseng gives me a midday energy boost with no caffeine jitters along with anticipated long-term health benefits. On top of that, the ginkgo adds an extra 50% to my regular daily intake. Couldn’t hurt!

It’s ginseng powder not ginseng extract powder..
If you are new to ginseng, you should be aware that there is ginseng powder and ginseng extract powder. This is ginseng powder (less processed than the extract but also less potent/concentrated).I like these capsules. They have the typical earthy smell to them that is pretty standard for ginseng. The capsules are well made and there were no broken ones or lose ginseng in my bottle.If you are used to taking ginseng extract capsules – you probably want to adjust your dosage accordingly.

Not a great price for about a month and a half’s supply
The capsules are tasteless, as they should be, and are easy to swallow. However, while this has a very good concentration of ginseng, it doesn’t have a lot of gingko biloba (recommended doses for that are 200 mg and higher). So this is not a very good value for 75 servings, when Amazon has other supplements of higher concentrations for the same price (if not lower).

Good Supplement but Low Gingko
I really like the combination of Ginseng and Ginkgo in a supplement and I’ve taken several different brands over the last two years. I like that this Dairyland brand is made with easy-to-swallow gel caps and that there are no other added ingredients other than the vegetable gel cap itself. This brand is higher in ginseng than most I have taken – 940 mg ginseng to 60 mg ginkgo – which I think is on the low side for ginkgo. My favorite supplements have a more even ratio, maybe 60% ginseng to 40% ginkgo. I guess it depends what you’re looking for, but that’s my preference. Other than that, this seem to be a good product.

I am super happy with my new DairyLand supplement that pairs two great herbs of Panax Ginseng and Gingko Biloba. You get 150 quantity capsules for 75 servings of a great quality supplement. It doesn’t have any filler, its just Panax Ginseng + Gingko Biloba + capsule shells that are vegan. Also, I absolutely love that these capsules come from Wisconsin and will be made under US quality standards, and you don’t have to worry about shady dubious standards followed in foreign countries who may use questionable ingredients that may be divergent from what the label claims. Another very positive thing is that Dairyland Ginseng is a family business, which makes me happy to support. Definitely a new fan of DairyLand and will be keeping an eye out for their products!

Great blend of Ginseng and Gingko
Ginseng! This is a very high quality supplement for this adaptogen and I love, love that I’m supporting an American company which makes the supplement in the US, in Wisconsin. I feel better and more energized, as well as having more mental clarity when I take Ginseng. This formulation also includes Gingko, which isn’t something I regularly take, but I have enjoyed the effects of this blend and will consider including it in my rotation in the future when I run out. It’s easy to swallow the capsules and they do not smell or taste off. I like the taste of ginseng, anyhow, so even if the taste were strong, I’d probably be ok with it. There aren’t weird fillers or additives in this blend, either, which just adds to the appeal for me. I highly recommend these — great value for the money and especially for the quality.

When I first opened the bottle, I noticed the smell was neutral, which is a huge positive if you have ever opened a supplement and received a massive waft of a chemical scent. The jar’s smell has a profile of rabbit food, like a very natural version of Cheerios. This makes sense because the capsules are thankfully made from plants and are, therefore, suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The ginseng capsules are odorless once removed from the bottle. The ginseng is good quality, as I experienced an energy and mental clarity boost during the day. I will order this item again.
