I got this. I’ve been feeling really tired and I’m supposed to be on a pro antibiotic anyways I just haven’t found one that seemed to work as good as I hoped and give me some extra energy and just all around feeling better and I’ve ordered a few that really just doesn’t taste well I’m gonna say I was surprised with the taste of this it is a great lemon taste and not too sweet not too strong. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I see a lot of negative reviews and I thought I would share my experience. So the package says to mix with 8 ounces of water and I think that it why people feel like they are having the suffocating feeling. To start off I mix it with WARM water & a whisk so that it completely dissolves, and I mix it with at least 14 ounces of water. It definitely works better if you slowly drink the mixture over a 15 minute time frame instead of all at once and drink 2-3 ounces at a time. After I take a drink of the mixture I follow it with some regular water to help it go down, the taste is delightful but the texture is kind of tough for me. I have found that this method helps me profoundly! Now for the actual drink mix, does it do what it advertised? ABSOLUTELY! I am IN LOVE with this product. Not only do I usually have terrible cravings, but I also get up around midnight and gorge on food. This product has helped me maintain my portion controls, my sweet tooth, and I had completely stopped my midnight munchies. I thought maybe it could have been because of some of the other supplements I started taking so I tried not using this product for a day and sure enough my cravings/sweet tooth/midnight munchies came back. I am trying to stay in a calerie deficit diet and this has helped me so much. I am down 16 pounds in 2 months.

Not As Expected
Totally not a product that I will reorder. Unfortunately there is no return. The flavor, lemonade, is terrible. Does not dissolve well. Leaves clumps. Texture is slimy. Lumps form if left sitting for an hour. The star is given because I had to give one. For me this product does not deserve any stars.
