Didn’t notice much of a difference
I personally didn’t really think it made a difference for me. I do get easily irritated down there and I feel like things remained the same. It does say it supports bladder health which isn’t really something that can be measured by much beyond how you feel or certain physical changes. Maybe keep things more fresh if you will and less agitated. It does taste good though.

Pleasant sweet taste
The product has a pleasant sweet taste that probably comes from D-Mannose. D-Mannose is a type of sugar. According to some studies, it can damage the kidneys. This product caught my attention because it contains Uva Ursi, which I have been using since I was a child when I needed it for urinary infections, but in the form of tea. Americans use cranberry juice more often than Uva Ursi, Native Americans called it kinnikinnick (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi) and use it more to mix it with tobacco and smoke it. I am not aware of the benefits of taking this plant in such a form. As for this product, I honestly think that it is safer to take cranberry juice or dried uva-ursi in the form of tea because this product does not state the source of the components. For this reason, my opinion is that it is not safe to take this preparation.
