good to have on hand
I always have D Mannose capsules on hand because they really help with urinary track infections. These capsules are a little big for me and not always easy to swallow but they have no after taste and do not upset my stomach. Nice!Thank you for reading this review. Enjoy your day! 😉

I get a lot of UTIs and in addition to cranberry supplements my doctor recommended I add this to my routine. I think it’s making all the difference. It’s easy to incorporate into what I’m already doing and I think it’s giving me just that little extra that I needed to fend off more UTIs. Can you pull them apart and sprinkle on food?
They are big capsules and for people with gerd and a hiatal hernia they ARE hard to swallow for me. Haven’t been able to take enough of them to see if they’re helping yet..so no judgment there.
