I really like this wellness supplement and their blend coincidentally addresses most of my concerns and needs. Unfortunately, I realized very quickly that taking four large capsules daily wasn’t something I particularly looked forward to. If you don’t mind that, then this supplement might be for you. They, including the brand, seem trustworthy and high-quality. It’s important for me to find supplements that are vegan and made in a GMP-certified facility in the U.S. that are also third-party tested, so these check all the boxes.Despite my aversion to swallowing four capsules every day, I’m glad I don’t notice any taste or aftertaste with this supplement. I also haven’t experienced any side effects so far. They go down easily with a glass of water and I don’t have any problems with them being sticky and sticking around (pun intended).The bottle I received had a safety seal over and under the lid, as well as a cotton inside to protect the capsules. Like I mentioned before, high quality! (I forgot to take a picture of the seal under the lid, but I can assure you it was there.) It’s very apparent that the brand cares about their product and I wouldn’t mind trying any of their other products.There are 120 capsules in each bottle. If you’re taking the full serving size each day, the bottle lasts one month which makes this easy to reorder. Comprehensive PCOS supplement for less than standalone inositol powder
I am excited and hopeful about this Herb Krave Cyster Glow supplement because it includes a gamut of quality PCOS regulating ingredients, including the same ratio of inositol as the stand-alone supplement I was once put on by a doctor who specialized in PCOS, for a fraction of the price.This bottle is a 30 day supply, with a dose of 4 capsules per day. The capsules are similarly sized to other supplements I’ve taken. There is no aftertaste. However, I highly recommend taking it with food, as I’ve felt nauseous when taking it on an empty stomach.I’m just a few days into taking this supplement, and while I’m going to give it a couple months to gauge notable relief of my symptoms, I will say that I’ve gone to bed earlier, slept longer and deeper, and generally felt more energy over the last few days. Whether that is thanks to this supplement or coincidence remains to be seen, but I’m hopeful. I’ve also woken up with horrible headaches lately, which may also be a side effect or may be due to neck pain and unrelated. So I’m keeping a pulse on things as I go.I am also encouraged by the content and testimonials on Herb Krave’s Instagram.I’ll update my review once I’ve taken this supplement for longer and have more results to report.
