Effective Cutting Mix // Decent Flavor // Alright Value
– Quality: Decent, quality ingredients. The berberine and chromium help metabolic support w/ FOS for gut health.- Taste: Pretty good. It’s not too sweet or anything. 8fl-oz of water is good w/o diluting the flavor too much.- Performance: It works well! I noticed a decrease in cravings while testing. It helps slightly w/ energy, too. When adding to water, it tends to clump. I just put it in a half-drank water bottle and shake for quite a bit. Also, the magnesium and stevia can sometimes cause an upset stomach, but that’s to be expected.- Packaging: The container is nice, but the packets are hard to rip open. It’s designed to rip w/ the fold on the back, but that doesn’t work very well. Sometimes I have to cut the packets open.Overall, at ~$1 per stick, it seems like an alright value. I like the taste of them and the ingredients seem decent.

Powder is difficult to dissolve and weak in potency, but I still like the flavor
I’ve tried a few of these “cutting mix” Yerba Mate products and while I initially thought they’d be the same in different packaging – all of them having the yellow to pink gradient – they do have slight differences. While all of them seem to have a problem with clumping and being difficult to dissolve, this one ended up being the worst of them in regard to mixture. As mentioned, it clumps like crazy and just doesn’t want to dissolve, leaving weird looking balls of pink sludge floating in the drink. I don’t have time to mess with a blender for stuff like this but even then I don’t think it would help that much. Time is really the only thing that eventually gets the job done so pre mixing it and leaving it in the fridge is kind of the only option. Anyway, after all that the mix ends up being one of the better tasting ones but the strength is weak and I need to use 50% more to double the amount of powder I uses from other types of similar mixes so the value for money is less than it should be with these. At $30 for 30 servings, its technically a dollar per serving but I’m using it up faster than that. Overall its not that bad of a mix but the dissolvability problem is rare an annoying thing and I have to take that into account since this is less convenient and easy to use than my other options.

The advertising for this product it’s wrong. It should be updated and the prize. It’s too high for the product that barely is affected.
