The taste isn’t too bad compared to some supplements I’ve tried. The flavor while drinking it is pretty good, there’s just a bit too much of an aftertaste when mixed with plain water. I’ve been drinking this mixed with fruit juice rather than water. It does a much better job of masking the ingredients natural flavors. It’s easy to add to whatever you’re drinking. It dissolves fairly well, not completely though. It does work well for me. I do get a bit of an energy boost from it. I don’t get too jittery the way I do with some energy drinks and mixes that have caffeine. It’s priced competitively with other cutting drink mixes.

I was a little confused by this product. From the claims on the front, I expected more of a general wellness drink for metabolic support, gut health, healthy blood sugar, and natural energy. After looking more closely at the ingredients, though, this seems geared more toward appetite/weight management or “cutting,” which isn’t something I personally need or was looking for.I also wish the amount of caffeine from the yerba mate was listed, especially since the product contains 300 mg of yerba mate extract and is advertised for energy. The addition of 100 mg of 5-HTP is another ingredient I think should be made more prominent since it may not be appropriate for everyone and can interact with certain medications.Overall, the packaging could be clearer about what this product is intended for and provide more information about its stimulant content. The ingredients may appeal to someone specifically looking for this type of supplement, but it wasn’t what I expected based on the front of the package.I probably should have looked into it further before ordering. Overall, I’ve had a decent experience with this drink mix. The individual packets are convenient, and I really like the way they’re designed. When you tear one open, it leaves a narrow opening on one side, which makes it easy to pour directly into a bottle of water without spilling powder everywhere.The directions recommend mixing one packet with 8 oz of cold water, but I’ve been mixing mine with a full bottle of water instead. It still dissolves well that way, and I prefer the flavor a little more diluted.The strawberry açaí flavor is decent, but I definitely wouldn’t describe it as tasting like a normal flavored drink. There is a noticeable supplement taste to it. It’s still drinkable and not something I have to force myself to finish, but you can definitely tell you’re drinking a dietary supplement.It mixes pretty well, although if it sits for a while I would recommend shaking the bottle again before drinking since some settling can happen.I also like having each serving individually portioned. It makes it easy to take one with you without having to measure anything out.As far as the claims involving metabolism, gut health, and blood sugar support, I really can’t say how much of a difference it is making. It does have a pretty strong aftertaste which, to me, tastes like cinnamon. I don’t mind the aftertaste, but it was a bit unexpected the first time I tried this.With this, you get 30 individual servings. The mix is a powder that you’re supposed to drink with 8oz of water. I do feel it tastes better with cold water. The powder mixes well but can settle over time, so I mix mine and drink it right after mixing.
