Easy on-the-go supplementation but doses are questionable and taste is meh
I picked this up primarily for my wife so she had a convenient way to take her creatine and BCAAs on trips. As a Vine reviewer, my job is to provide my opinion of this product, despite being a man. The “for Women” aspect of this product is primarily marketing, as there is nothing in this drink power that would be harmful to men, and it could actually be beneficial. Here is my breakdown of the pros and cons of this product:Pros:Gold-Standard Core Dosage: Provides a full 5g of micronized creatine monohydrate per serving, which is the exact daily dose backed by clinical research for strength and muscle recovery.Excellent Portability: Instead of a messy, bulk tub with a scoop, these come in individual stick packs that are convenient for travel, work, or throwing straight into a gym bag.Smooth Mixability & Flavor: The pink lemonade flavor dissolves completely in cold water without leaving behind the heavy, sandy, or gritty texture common in cheaper powders.Low Sugar: It is sweetened with allulose and stevia, keeping the calories negligible and making it compatible with low-carb or keto routines.ConsUnderdosed Blends: While it heavily markets the addition of collagen, BCAAs, and hyaluronic acid, the actual amounts per serving are very low compared to standard standalone supplements (e.g., only 2g of collagen versus a standard 10g+ clinical dose). You are paying a premium for trace amounts.Massive Dose of Biotin: The formula contains heavily inflated daily values of Biotin. While intended for hair and nail health, high doses can trigger skin breakouts in some users or temporarily interfere with standard medical blood tests.Lingering Stevia Aftertaste: It relies on stevia leaf extract for sweetness, which leaves a distinct, slightly bitter herbal aftertaste that hangs around after drinking.Incomplete Labeling: The nutrition facts panel lacks clarity on the exact carbohydrate breakdown, which is a downside if you like to track your macros precisely. The taste of this drink powder was subtle, but reminded me of lemon Pledge dusting spray. I am not a huge fan of lemonade anyway, but this tasted pretty artificial. I mixed with approximately 12 ounces of water and the taste was definitely watered down.Overall, this product isn’t the worst way to supplement creatine and BCAAs. It’s handy on the go for just adding to a bottle of water. The price isn’t horrible either, at around 65 cents per packet. The taste, the labeling, the overdose of Biotin, and the small doses of actual ingredients other than creatine are enough to dock it a couple of stars.

Pleasant taste and functional drink mix that seems to do its job.
The Foesdker creatine powder packets come in a really cool cylinder package, and they are easy to open. I mention this because sometimes drink mix packets like these can be really hard to open for me because my hand strength isn’t the greatest at times. The flavor (pink lemonade) is very pleasant and not too overbearing, although I tend to mix it with a larger container of water to dilute the flavor a bit (my personal preference). I like that they come 30 to an order because I feel that it’s easier to maintain instead of ordering smaller quantities more often. Maybe it’s a mental thing, but I think it makes more economic sense. I like that it contains creatine because I wanted to try using this without buying a huge container of powder mix. These drink packets dilute and mix very well, even in cooler water. I haven’t noticed any side effects from using these powder mixes, and I feel that they are doing what they advertise them to do. Overall, I am pleased with the taste, mixability, and lack of side effects. I would not have a problem ordering them again.

It’s convenient but annoying to mixIt’s convenient but annoying to mix
This is a fun alternative to my more serious bodybuilder’s creatine. It has flavor for one which makes it easier for me to stay motivated to drink more water. It’s a pink lemonade flavor and really tasty. There are also some other things which I can personally take or leave. It did not find that they did much in the way of my athletic performance. I gotta say that the one downside to this is that the price seems a little steep when you can buy creatine powder in bulk, but okay, there’s a convenice aspect to it.The other thing that I struggled with was the mixability. When you get it mixed, it’s lovely, good taste and tastes smooth. Easy to drink. But my god, you need to put this in a shaker and SHAKE for your life and you still get clumps sometimes. I don’t carry a shaker with me so I found this profoundly annoying since I drink my regular creatine by mixing with a spoon, but that don’t work here.As far as effectiveness, it works like a normal creatine. I don’t get bloated from it and it kept my athletic performance consistent, but newbies can definitely expect to see extra reps, slightly better performance.
