As Creatine Monohydrate powder goes in general, friendly reminder they are all exactly the same. The only difference is the additives and who is selling it. By nature of CM, it all has to be made the same to be called CM. Some are powdered very finely to dissolve easier, others have additives, etc. Now here’s what you need to know:- This is priced really well considering some Creatine’s are the same price for only 30 days. So 66 days plus the aded BCAA’s is a good deal. Now… there are some club stores that you can get 128 days without the BCAAs for about $20, so take that in consideration. For me, I kind of prefer the savings and just picking up some inexpensive BCAAs as you get more for less overall, that said there’s a convenience of having an all in one for sure.- This is unflavored which I prefer. That way it can be mixed in what ever you want without competing in flavor. To me I pick up a slight taste, but nothing to write home about. Still fits the profile of unflavored- As far as solubility, I had to stir a bit more than I feel I normally have to with some powders, but not a deal breaker as I tend to use these in shakers with my protein powderOverall, it’s a good product. The ingredients are solid, love the BCAA’s (although EAA’s might have been better to give more diversity). But if you are looking for a combo CM+BCAA’s, for the price and how many servings, it’s a great buy.

I really like the convenience of having creatine, BCAAs, electrolytes, and a few additional vitamins and minerals all together in one powder. Instead of having several different supplements to deal with, one scoop gives you 5g of creatine monohydrate along with a 2:1:1 BCAA blend, potassium, magnesium, zinc, and B12.The unflavored formula is another big plus for me. It has very little taste on its own, so it’s easy to add to water, a smoothie, or another flavored drink without noticeably changing the flavor. It mixes surprisingly well too, without leaving a bunch of gritty powder at the bottom.I also appreciate that there’s no added sugar or salt and that each container has 66 servings, which makes it convenient for regular use. The powder itself can be a little messy when scooping if I’m not careful, but that’s a pretty minor complaint.Overall, I think this is a practical option if you’re already using creatine and want the added convenience of BCAAs and electrolytes in the same scoop. Overall, this seems like a good Creatine powder with quite a few other additions to compliment.The label is clear and easy to read. The product size and quantity for the price seems good. Most of the additions I am happy with as I typically look to add them with other supplements when I have a creatine only supplement. My only concern is the extremely high B12. It seems many supplements have this and my concern is wanting to take others that may also include high B12 dosage which seems in my mind unnecessary. Even if the body passes the excess without side effects, I’m not confident the extremes are not at all harmful or taxing on the body.Other than the high B12, the rest is what I would look for in a creatine+ supplement and saves on others I’d typically purchase.As for the product, lightweight powder, no odor or taste that I can distinguish and works great in smoothies and I’m sure a number of other drinks.

Very good creatine.
If you are in your 40s you might want to consider taking creatine. Creatine helps support muscle recovery and function, which is critical for people in their 40’s in order to build strength. This particular creatine is a nonflavored powder. After a loading week I can feel a decent change in how my muscles are recovering and seem to be cramping less due to them retaining water better. Yes you have to shake it consistently to help dissolve! Just make sure to take it as directed and you’ll see results within weeks! I recommend to continue drinking water afterwards and throughout the day! Not to mention, create and follow a healthy daily diet for your goal to help speed up your results. Don’t forget to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep to metabolize and balance out your body as well! Be gentle with yourself and your process. You’ve got this! I recommend this Creatine!!
