Quality creatine at a great price!

This SFH Creatine Monohydrate Powder is another outstanding supplement from a brand I trust. I’ve purchased other SFH products before and have always been happy with them, so I felt comfortable giving this creatine a try.My husband and I both take creatine every day, so we’re always stocking up. The container arrived fully sealed. The powder mixes really well and has no noticeable taste, making it easy to add to our daily routine. Neither of us has had any digestive issues with it, although we’re both accustomed to taking creatine regularly.I also really like the fact that you get 60 servings, especially for the price. It’s a great value for a daily use supplement, and we’re both very happy with it. Although this is your standard micronized creatine powder, it’s very effective. I’ll definitely keep this one in our creatine rotation!

Easy to take, mixes well, good support

This micronized creatine monohydrate is exactly what I want from a basic creatine powder: one ingredient, no flavoring, and no unnecessary extras. The powder is very fine, mixes easily into water or a protein shake, and has almost no noticeable taste. It does not dissolve completely, which is normal for creatine, but there is very little grittiness if you stir and drink it fairly quickly. The container provides 60 servings at 5 grams each, making it easy to work into a daily routine. I also appreciate that the label states it is tested for quality and purity and made in a GMP-certified facility. It is not the cheapest creatine available, but the simple formula, smooth texture, and clear manufacturing information make it a solid choice and for me it’s been great and effective.

    Meh

Probably just me but it takes the flavor out of whatever you’re drinking. I know I should be putting it in water, but I have tried a couple other things, just to see if I can make it more palatable. It’s not awful, but it’s definitely different, and I wouldn’t say it’s unflavored. As to any health benefits, I can’t say for sure one way or the other.

    Flavorless and easy to take

I wanted to start incorporating creatine into my routine and decided to go with a simple monohydrate powder rather than a complicated blend. This one is exactly what I was looking for. It’s unflavored, which I actually prefer because I can mix it into pretty much anything without having to commit to another flavor. The powder mixes easily into my drinks and doesn’t leave a strong taste behind, which is a huge plus.I also like that the container has 300g, so there’s plenty to work with. The packaging is simple and straightforward, and there aren’t a bunch of unnecessary ingredients. For a basic creatine monohydrate, this checks all the boxes for me. Easy to use, easy to mix, and a good addition to my workout routine!

A practical option for lifters, athletes, or regular gym-goers

My first impression is that SFH kept this creatine exactly how I prefer it—simple, unflavored, and without a long list of unnecessary ingredients. The 300g container is compact, and the micronized creatine monohydrate powder should be easier to mix into water, juice, or a protein shake than some coarser creatine powders.Creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched sports supplements available, with good evidence for supporting strength, power output, and training performance when used consistently. I also like that it’s unflavored, because it can be added to almost anything without changing the taste much.Usability is straightforward: measure your serving, mix it into your preferred drink, and take it consistently. Micronized powder generally mixes better, although you can still get a little residue at the bottom of the glass if you don’t stir or shake it thoroughly. The biggest positives are the straightforward creatine monohydrate formula, micronized texture, unflavored design, and versatility. The main drawback is that there isn’t anything particularly unique here compared with other quality pure creatine monohydrate products, so price and third-party testing would be important factors when choosing between brands.Overall, this looks like a practical option for lifters, athletes, or regular gym-goers who want a no-frills creatine supplement for supporting strength and workout performance.

Creatine for Strength, Aging and Metabolic SupportCreatine for Strength, Aging and Metabolic Support

Creatine is one of the most studied supplements in human physiology, and this product delivers it in the simplest, most reliable form.Creatine monohydrate is usually marketed to athletes and weightlifters, but its usefulness extends far beyond the gym. I look at creatine through a broader lens: maintaining muscle mass in older adults, supporting people with diabetes who are at higher risk of muscle loss, and helping GLP‑1 users preserve lean tissue during rapid weight reduction. This product is a straightforward creatine monohydrate powder. It is unflavored, single‑ingredient, and micronized for easier mixing. The powder is fine, white, and disperses smoothly in water. Creatine is not highly soluble, so it does not disappear completely, but this formulation behaves exactly as a clean creatine should.Creatine supports cellular energy and muscle hydration. Those mechanisms help athletes with performance, but they also help older adults maintain strength and mobility. People with diabetes often experience accelerated muscle loss, and creatine can support muscle energy and recovery. GLP‑1 medications can reduce appetite and caloric intake enough to cause unintended lean mass loss, and creatine is one of the few supplements with strong evidence for preserving muscle during weight reduction. This powder contains only creatine monohydrate. There are no blends, flavors, or additives. The micronized texture makes it easy to mix into water or a protein shake. A typical daily amount is around five grams. One teaspoon of creatine monohydrate is usually a little under three grams, so a heaping teaspoon is close to a full serving. For anyone looking to maintain or improve muscle mass, whether for athletic performance or general health, this is a clean and reliable creatine option. It fits well for older adults, diabetics, and people using GLP‑1 medications who want to protect strength while losing weight.Rating 5-stars for purity, ease of mixing, and suitability for a wide range of users beyond traditional gym settings.

No Added Bells and whistles! The Pure ThingNo Added Bells and whistles! The Pure Thing

All the scientific facts have been reiterated many times, so I will just give my own thought and experience on this one.The SFH creatine comes in a nice size. If only having one suggested serving per day, it would last 2 months. The bottle didn’t come sealed on the outside, but was well sealed on the inside (under cap). Its a very fine powder (which I have a total love/hate with). this makes it mix much better, but can easily make quite a mess. one thing I do love is that the scoop is very small where you could pretty much put it directly any bottle without a funnel. (i realize cups don’t need a funnel, but if you have to use a water bottle, it can come in handy).i didn’t notice any taste, but I do mix my drinks, getting my aminos or electrolytes with my creatine, then sip them throughout the day to get through it and to workout. It does dissolve very well.(with several autoimmune diseases, some requiring steroids, and a cancer that caused immediate menopause, I have had a lot of rapid bone and muscle loss. I am trying to hold on to and hopefully build what I can. I am unable, at this time, to workout as much as I’d like, but I do try to keep moving, and am hoping creatine gives more benefit from what I am able to accomplish. That is the main reason I take it (that and brain health as well).I do like it ok. I have not noticed a decline in benefits since switching to this one.Other than the fact there is no expiration date, I feel it is a good value, being 2 months worth (or twice a day). They’ve made it very easy to use and I do recommend it.

I am very happy with this product. I had not heard of this brand but I did some research and was pleased to find that both the product and brand are highly rated in a supplement rating app and is a US company in Maine composed of a father-daughter duo who are in the passionate pursuit of perfecting the nutrition industry. I like that this product has 60 servings and is pure Creatine Monohydrate with no other ingredients. I also like that the product is manufactured in a GMP-Certified facility. The consistency is powdery and is mixed very well in my drink completely dissolving. There is no noticeable taste from this product. I am pleased with the value and the effectiveness of the product and have been using it daily. I recommend this to anyone looking for pure creatine monohydrate.
