Very good combination drink
Have been using this protein brand for a couple of months now, so was excited to give this one a go. Mixes pretty well considering the 5000 creatine dose; when I stirred in a glass there were a few unappealing brown specks which I assume were mushroom (guess it might have been berry) but in a shaker it fully mixed. One thing I found is that the flavour is much more subtle than other drinks powders I have tried – that’s probably a good thing as most of that is artificial, but it takes a bit of getting used to. I found that if I used a bit less water (200-250ml) then the flavour is better. I think that this is a great idea, since I was taking creatine anyway.

This stuff is decent. Key things I liked:- it has a natural and subtle taste of berry, not as “toecurlingly” sweet as some of the other brands.- it doesn’t taste like mushrooms (good from my POV – unless you want mushroom berry flavour 😂)- noticed a lot of brands have started offering 3-4g of creatine per serving (probably so they can appear better value for money) so good to see 5g here.- found it mixed better when shaken (doesn’t need to be too vigorous) and not stirred (I’m sure there is a crap Bond reference I could put here)- you can definitely get cheaper but not with a full 5g dose of creatine and certainly not with lions mane and cordyceps added.All in really happy with this and will buy again.

This seems to dissolve mostly in cool water, however once it settles the bottom tends to have a gritty texture if not mixed all the way. It’s low in odor and the flavor is subtle but pleasant. It’s super easy to use, and it works okay. Overall it’s nice to have on hand when you need a bit of a kick in your day, and for the price I would say it’s worth trying.

Good creatine for a good price
I’ve been using this consistently and have been happy with it so far. The powder mixes easily in water with very little effort and doesn’t leave a gritty texture behind. The berry flavor is enjoyable—noticeable but not overly sweet or artificial. I also like that it combines creatine with lion’s mane and cordyceps, which makes it a convenient option instead of buying multiple supplements. The powder is very fine feeling and seems to doing the job. However, I am not sure how to tell if creatine is hitting. What I can tell you is that it didn’t taste too bad. It mixes pretty easily as well and dissolves in water no problem. Pretty large bag here for the cost.

Some complain about the use of sucralose as a sweetener, but that did not bother me.Happy with this purchase!
