Easy Way to Combine Two Supplements
I picked this up because I wanted to simplify my supplement routine and have both ingredients in one powder instead of having to measure multiple products every day. The serving provides 5g of creatine and 1.5g of HMB, so the amounts are clearly defined and easy to work into a daily routine. The powder is easy to incorporate into a shake or drink, and I haven’t had issues with excessive clumping when mixing it. I prefer using it in a shake because the texture is less noticeable, but it also works in a regular drink. The flavor isn’t overpowering, which makes it easier to use consistently. After using it regularly, the biggest benefit for me is convenience. I don’t have to keep track of separate containers or remember multiple scoops. The vegan formulation is also a nice feature for anyone specifically looking for that type of product. One thing to consider is that this is a combination formula, so it makes the most sense if you actually want both ingredients in your routine. If you’re only looking for one specific ingredient, a single-ingredient product may be more straightforward.Verdict: A convenient, easy-to-use powder for someone who wants a simple daily routine and prefers having both ingredients combined in one serving.

Creatine works for me and I like the added HMB for reduced muscle soreness
I’ve been using this creatine + HMB powder for a few weeks and it’s been easy to work into my routine. It mixes well when I put it in a shaker bottle with orange juice, and even when I add other supplements it blends smoothly with just a few shakes. It is a fine powder, so you do have to be a little careful scooping it to avoid making a mess, but once it’s in the shaker it mixes cleanly.I’ve used creatine before, and this product feels similar in terms of energy and strength support. The difference I’ve noticed is with recovery. I have some ongoing shoulder soreness from an old muscle injury, and this combination seems to help reduce how sore it feels after activity. I can’t say it’s a cure, but it does make the area feel less irritated and helps me recover a bit faster.Overall, it’s an easy-to-use supplement that mixes well and seems to support recovery in a noticeable way.

Easy Addition to a Workout Routine
This BOSCENT Creatine Monohydrate + HMB powder is a convenient option for adding creatine into a regular fitness routine. I like that it combines creatine with HMB in one product, which makes it simple to use without having to keep up with multiple separate supplements. The powder is easy to mix into water or another drink, and the 5g creatine serving makes it straightforward to know what you are getting each time. It is especially convenient for post-workout use or as part of a daily strength-training routine.Overall, this is a practical option for anyone who already uses creatine or wants an easy way to incorporate it consistently.

Mixes easy, I like the inclusion of HMBMixes easy, I like the inclusion of HMB
This is a pretty straightforward way to get creatine along with HMB in one scoop. Each serving provides the standard 5 grams of creatine monohydrate plus 1.5 grams of HMB and 500 IU of vitamin D3. The powder is unflavored, so there isn’t really any flavor to fight with whatever I’m mixing it into. I found that it dissolves quickly and doesn’t leave much residue, especially when I use a shaker bottle or one of those little protein shake blenders.I like that the label gives the exact amount of everything rather than hiding ingredients in a proprietary blend. Five grams of creatine is the amount I would normally look for in a daily creatine supplement, so that part is easy. Adding HMB makes this more interesting than a basic creatine powder, particularly for someone who wants a little more in the same serving rather than keeping several supplements around.I haven’t noticed anything dramatic from the HMB or vitamin D3 specifically, but those aren’t really ingredients I would expect to judge from a few uses anyway. What I can say is that it fits easily into my routine and doesn’t have the gritty texture that some creatine powders can have. The small container is also convenient for taking along when I’m traveling. At $30 for 30 servings, this works out to about a dollar per serving, which is definitely more than basic creatine. Some of that extra cost is going toward the HMB and vitamin D3, so I can see the appeal if you specifically want those ingredients. For someone who only wants creatine, though, I’d probably stick with a less expensive straight creatine powder.

Great 5000mg Creatine Monohydrate formula but taste bitter.Great 5000mg Creatine Monohydrate formula but taste bitter.
Creatine has been shown to help build muscle and sustain energy levels in females, just as it does in males. This is particularly beneficial if combined with a regular exercise program as suggested on the label of this product.Creatine supplementation has also been shown to improve cognition and overall mood. Consider that it enhances performance and increases strength without causing the body to gain additional pounds. It helps to build muscle and to reduce fat mass, leading to a long-term change in body composition. Will this product do all this in a matter of week or two? I doubt that, even if you are a gym shark. To provide an accurate review of the effectiveness of this formula one would need to use it long term and write a review about it at least few months after starting using it.Since I just received this 5,000mg Creatine Monohydrate supplement and started using it, it is way too early to judge. However, considering all the positive benefits of Creatine and 5000mg dose, I am confident that this will not be wasted money or effort! However, I dont like the taste of it as it tastes bitter. But, it is made in US at the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility. GPM is a system for ensuring that pharmaceutical products are consistently produced and controlled according to high quality standards.

UnflavoredUnflavored
My teen son has been using this and really likes it. He’s active and trains regularly, so he was excited to try a creatine that also includes HMB rather than just plain creatine. He likes that it’s unflavored and easy to mix. He usually adds it to his protein shake, and it doesn’t seem to change the taste or leave a gritty texture behind. The scoop gives you clearly listed amounts, which I also appreciate since there’s no proprietary blend or mystery ingredients. The combination of 5g of creatine and 1.5g of HMB per scoop makes this a convenient addition to his routine without having to take multiple products. The powder is fine and mixes easily, and so far he has had a great experience with it.Overall, this has been an easy product for him to incorporate into his training routine, and the fact that he actually likes using it is a big win in my book. Great option for someone looking for creatine with HMB in one product!

Hard for me to take the bitter taste; not a fan.Hard for me to take the bitter taste; not a fan.
This is my first time trying a creatine supplement, but as somebody who has been weightlifting for years, I was intrigued by the possible benefits of more muscle retention, and faster recovery. As far as value goes, this product contains 30 servings, which is a bit high compared to the average creatine supplement, but you could consider this at premium formulation since it includes two ingredients. The suggested uses to mix in water, but since I am used to putting collagen in and other things in my coffee, I decided to try it in coffee. Before doing so, I worsened my fingertip and tasted a tiny bit of the powder plain and found it extremely bitter. When I added it to my coffee, it dissolved very easily, but I found that a bitter taste came through even in coffee. It is too soon to see how it will help in my quest to maintain and improve my muscle mass, but I think for me the unpleasant taste may outweigh any potential benefits. I guess I’m a candidate for a capsule form!I had heard that it can cause stomach upset and experienced a bit of that as well, although it could just be a reaction to the bitterness.

A good comboA good combo
Creatine is the most studied and probably the only agreed upon supplement that is a no-brainer to use if you’re trying to get into better shape. If you lift, you take creatine. It’s that simple. This also adds the benefits of HMB, which is a great tool for recovery after a tough lifting session. Together these two supplements create a great foundation for anyone on a health journey. This supplement mixes easily into water and of course it’s a great addition to a daily smoothie. It is not flavored and doesn’t change the taste of a smoothie at all.
