I have recently purchased creatine powder, but have had trouble establishing the habit of taking that because it is kind of a pain. I thought these gummies might help me take it every day.Unfortunately, I really don’t like the consistency of these gummies. When I first put it in my mouth, I think that it tastes ok, but they are very chewy and almost gritty. I found that I had to chew them a long time and by the time I had it where I could swallow it, I was kind of grossed out by the texture. I don’t think I will buy them again for this reason. The powder form is more work, but it goes down much easier than these gummies do. Others might not find the taste/texture objectionable , but it doesn’t work for me.

I really like how easy these creatine gummies make it to stay consistent with my daily creatine intake. The strawberry flavor is enjoyable, and the gummy format is much more convenient than mixing powder into a drink every day. I’ve had other products from this brand and loved them, but these gummies are not good. They are hard and waxy, and don’t have a good flavor. The texture is worse than the flavor. If it were more like some of the other gummies from this brand, I think they would be okay. I would not buy this particular product again though.

This is a review for the Be Happy Be You Creatine Gummies.You’re getting a bottle that contains 60 gummies. The suggested serving size is 2-3 gummies per day. So, I only did 2 gummies, since that made the container last for a one month supply, evenly. If you take 3 gummies a day, this bottle will only last you 20 days.Each serving of 3 gummies has 20 calories, 2 grams of sugar, and 4.5 grams of creatine monohydrate. It is said to support muscle strength, endurance, and brain health.The flavor is strawberry, and, awesomely, these are pectin based gummies, so they are vegetarian friendly which I appreciate and love!The taste isn’t too bad, but it’s not even close to as good as some of their other products. Same with the texture. The texture isn’t enjoyable. It’s a bit too tough and chewy. I eat them with a mouthful of water. The taste and texture can definitely be improved. They aren’t deal breakers, but… definitely not great.Do they work? I’m not sure. I finished the entire bottle and I used them regularly with my dinner vitamin stack. I didn’t notice any real differences, good or bad. I didn’t have any side effects or anything, so that’s great. With a lot of supplements you really have to take them for a couple months sometimes for any differences to be noticeable. I’m not sure if creatine is the same way since I didn’t use it regularly prior to these gummies.The value is okay. The gummies are small and easy to eat, as gummies tend to be.Better texture and taste are my only suggestions. Other than that, they seem fine.

Weirdly chewy, but yummy!
Why do they taste like cotton candy, are gummy yet feel like taffy to chew but I like to chew them all at the same time? Lol The consistency of these gummies is weird. They are more like a gumdrop than a gummy bear. So your teeth aren’t bouncing back from them but they are weirdly firm without being bouncy. They are supposed to be strawberry flavored but I can’t taste strawberry exactly, but they are like a fruit or berry flavor. And again somehow they have a cotton candy like flavor to them. It’s not a bad flavor at all! In fact I quite enjoyed them I just didn’t expect cotton candy flavor.The serving size of these gummies is three and there are 20 servings in the bottle which currently cost $25. The three gummy serving size contains 4.5 g of creatine monohydrate which is pretty much exactly what I want to take for my maintenance dose when I’m not needing extra for some reason. This comes out too a little over a dollar a dose which is about average for a good quality creatine gummies. I don’t really like the idea that there’s only 20 servings in the bottle because that means I have to buy multiple bottles every month and I like my supplements to come in at least one month sizes so I don’t have to order them all the time, but the price is still comparable to larger size containers so I can’t complain about that. I also can’t knock off a star for that because that information is in the advertisement so I knew going into it that this was not going to last a whole month!All in all I like these gummies and while I can’t really tell if they’re working because that’s something that you have no way of quantifying, I do enjoy taking them and I feel like they are helping. I would probably buy these again.
