Way too much junk and hard to eat.
This product is full of Glucose Syrup, Sucrose, Pectin. Why can’t these products just use real sugar and least you know you can work it off. Also you need 5 for any normal size adult. That’s about of hard to chew gummies to eat, I don’t want a gummy meal. Taste is meh. Won’t rebuy.

Decent results, but way too hard
The effectiveness of these creatine gummies was about average—I did notice some benefits, but nothing extraordinary. The flavor was okay, not great but not terrible either. The biggest issue for me was the texture. These things were super hard to chew, almost like stale candy. If they improved the texture, I’d consider buying again, but for now, I’ll probably look for a better option.

The taste of these gummies is great. They’re easy to chew and dissolve quickly. It’s been a few weeks I’ve been using them and I’m feeling good. Started with 2 gummies per day to see if I had any side effects, that’s me being cautious, but now feel comfortable going to 5 per day. It’s like getting a treat every time I take one.

The Amazon listing said this was for 12 year old and older, so my 14 year old son bought this, that was the only reason we spent the extra money for this product.After the return window closed I read the package and it says 18 year and older.I went back on the Amazon site and it no longer says for 12 year old and older, it was changed on the listing.
