Taste horrible, I have taken several different flavors of creatine gummies and this by far the worst.

Caused painful muscle twitching and spasms
I started taking these gummies daily as a pre-workout boost. By the third day, I developed involuntary muscle twitches in my eyelids, calves, and forearms that would not stop. The twitching got so bad during my squat session that I nearly dropped the barbell. I stopped using these gummies and the spasms faded away after two days. The L-Taurine and B-vitamin combo is clearly overstimulating my nervous system. This product is dangerous for anyone sensitive to high-dose B vitamins or amino acid blends.

Im confused by the amount of B vitamins in this.. anyone else? The normal about of B12 is 2.4 mcg… this has 100 mcg??? That’s a lot per serving. And for B6 the normal amount is 1.3 mg but this one is 20 mcg which is only .2 mg..
