Good Flavor
One of my biggest concerns with creatine gummies in general is that they don’t always provide a meaningful amount of actual creatine. Some products require you to take a large number of gummies just to get a relatively small dose, which defeats some of the purpose of having a convenient alternative to powder. The serving size of three is fairly reasonable. I also noticed that the product is advertised as third-party tested, which is encouraging. That said, I haven’t independently verified the testing or reviewed the actual laboratory results, so I’d consider that a positive claim from the manufacturer rather than something I can personally confirm. I appreciate that the company at least provides the testing claim rather than offering no information about quality control.The mango flavor is enjoyable, and the gummies are easy to chew. They’re also sugar free and vegan, which are nice bonuses. Overall, I’m happy with them. They taste good, they’re convenient, and they eliminate the hassle of mixing creatine powder every day.

After 3 weeks
I did some research about Creatine and found you either have to take it for a month to see results OR do a one week super load where you take three servings spread though out the day for one week then drop to the daily serving size. Since my research indicated cramping was a potential side effect I decided to try it using regular servings every day and here’s what I found after three weeks: First the gummies are a little sticky. I found taking them out of the container and eating them right after a meal works best. They are fairly large and taste a little chalky with a mild flavoring. They stick to my teeth but overall these aren’t bad and I would rather chew these over mixing a powered drink. I did have some minor cramping after a couple days (for a few minutes each day, not overwhelming but I am glad I didn’t super load). I still get a few minutes of cramping most days. I don’t drink as much water as I should but it is an absolute must to increase your water intake because without it I quickly got constipated. After three weeks I did gain around 3 pounds (actually feel like I ate less) but notice my arms aren’t quite as flabby and my thighs have less cellulite appearance. I do some light exercise a couple days a week but I don’t lift weights so I imagine if I did I would physically see more of a change. A few friends I see weekly asked if I lost weight. I plan to increase my exercise to daily doing light weight arm exercises along with using a little weight (water bottles) and add some daily squats for the next month. After three weeks I would recommend this product and will likely buy more.
