Great product, easy to use
I really enjoy this product. Very easy to take and has not left me with any stomach issues. It doesn’t have a taste to me and I was able to add it to my daily regimen. I believe it’s working. Great value for the money and seems to be high quality. I am happy that I no longer need to find a way to take the powdered version of this, and I can just pop these in instead! Highly recommend.

Exactly as expected
I have taken creatine for a while and the benefits are obvious whether it’s for building muscle or a healthy brain. I usually take 5g so having 3g pills was a little different but an extra gram than I am used to caused no issues. Similar strength, quality, and appearance as other creatine pills I have taken.

Pure Product at Reasonable Price
I have read that creatine can help with women’s hormonal issues so have been trying it out. It is difficult to tell if there is much of a difference, but I think it is helping a little. I think it will take a few months of consistent use to really notice a difference, but the product itself seems to be good quality, pure, and a reasonable price for the quantity.

Inconclusive.
I don’t typically take supplements aside from vitamins or invests in a bunch of dietary products like protein powders, but I had the opportunity to try this and had heard creatine recommended many times for muscle building. Given that I am evaluating the benefits of this particular product, I opted not to change my routine or diet and just see if the addition of creatine had an impact. I took these daily, four pills a day, for the 30-day supply and all I can really say is that it didn’t cause me any negative effects. I didn’t see any significant gains in muscle mass or definition from my workout routine over that period. I didn’t notice any changes in energy level or recovery. Nothing really changed.I am not a fitness expert, guru, or health nut. So perhaps I went about this in the wrong way. Maybe I should have been pushing myself rather than maintaining, for example. If I had though, I would have had no means of evaluating whether this product improved my performance or not other than vibes, so I went with what made sense to me and you can take that as you will.My final verdict is that this product did not help or hinder me in any way, so I don’t really see the point in continuing with it, but I also don’t feel like I can say it is bad. It just didn’t work for me as a casual fitness person under these conditions. If you aren’t a gym rat, you might have the same experience.

Easy way to get your creatine
Easy way to get your creatine. I sort this with my daily vitamins and get them all in in the morning. Pill form leaves no guesswork versus liquid creatine and it’s cheaper than the liquid form also. Pricing is on par but this brand is new to me. Time will tell if this has the same affect as my usual go to creatine source but so far, no complaints.

Quality supplement in a more convenient form
I’ve been using creatine monohydrate powder for about a year now and have always been happy with the results — better endurance, stronger lifts, faster recovery. But when I came across this capsule version, I figured it was worth a shot. Mixing powder every day gets old or at least at times it can be a hassle. These pills work great. No more scooping, no more clumping, no more gritty residue at the bottom of my shaker. Just pop the capsules with water and move on with your day. If you work out early in the morning or travel a lot, this is a genuine quality-of-life improvement over powder.Since I’ve been on creatine for a year already, I’m well past the loading phase, so I wasn’t expecting any dramatic changes — and that’s exactly what happened. The transition felt smooth with no drop-off in performance, which tells me the quality and absorption are solid. The micronized formula likely helps with that.Non-GMO, gluten-conscious, high-purity — nothing unnecessary in here. Coming from powder, I appreciated that it didn’t feel like a step down in quality just because the format changed. One thing to keep in mind: at 3,000mg per serving, it’s slightly under the 5g daily dose that is normally recommended. Of course, you can just take a few more pills to get up to the 5g dose.If you’re already a creatine believer and just want a more convenient way to take it, these capsules are an easy yes. Same proven benefits, way less hassle.

No adverse effects… Was able to eat and be normal.
Creatine monohydrate was a pretty new thing in my regimen. I took this because I did some research on the benefits of creatine. It’s not just for people who like to work out and it’s especially good for women. This was unbelievably much more convenient than using a powder everyday. There was no weird taste no foul smells or any adverse reactions when I took this. Unfortunately I don’t get to feel all the benefits of it because I am not continuously taking creatine after I finished this bottle. The one thing that I did notice after finishing this bottle was workout recovery being a lot easier. Even doing things that would overexert me more usually, it was a lot easier to recover from. Less soreness is huge for me at my big age! LolThese were easy to swallow and I think the value for the money is pretty darn good. It suggests that you take four a day. But I only took three and that’s if I could remember that is. I think this is a great effective product.Especially if you can keep it up in a routine everyday. This is something I’m definitely going to start picking up again because it does make you feel different. In my opinion.

Low dose per capsule
A good question is whether the dose is too small considering that most people take higher doses 3000mg is 3grams. The manufacturer recommends taking 4 capsules per day which is a generally recommended dose. It is generally accepted that supplementation of up to 25g per day for a period of two weeks is safe. If you take 4 capsules that is 12g so that should be safe. The question arises how much this product actually costs if you take it monthly in the recommended doses. I think this product is too expensive. On the other hand it has a label that it is made in the USA and on the other hand it says it was made for the company “Balance Breens” and in fact we do not know who made this product or where the components were imported from.
