Suspect this does not contain any creatine
Switched to this to avoid having to swallow a pill. I noticed a decrease in strength and decrease in body muscle percentage according to my scale. Switched back to the pill and everything got better. I suspect this may not contain any creatine. I should have been suspicious when I noticed the label says “CREATNE” instead of “CREATINE”
