They deliver a widely accepted daily dose of Creatine, and do so in the form of soft, tasty gummies, that are not too sweet.I use gummies for fiber, creatine and some vitamins. Most gummies have a pleasant taste like these, but many are too sweet for my taste. These have 2g of added sugar, which is moderate compared to other gummies.In addition the gummies deliver a high dose (8333%) of B12; , the vitamin is safe in large amounts, and high doses can help with deficiencies. The daily recommended baseline for adults is very small at just 2.4 micrograms (mcg), but supplement formulas often factor in how the human digestive system functions.Also included is BCAA 2 1:1 which, according to Google is a “branched-chain amino acid supplement containing 2 parts leucine, 1 part isoleucine, and 1 part valine. This ratio matches the natural balance found in human muscle tissue and is widely considered the most effective and scientifically backed blend for supporting performance and recovery.”I have had a good experience with these gummies taking them before and after workout. They help me overcome muscle soreness faster and supply a perceived plus in energy.

Tasty Crreatine Candies
Arrived as shown, most of the gummies were sticking to one another but not exactly melted together. I spent almost two hours carefully separating them by hand and bagging them in small batches to coat with corn starch, after which I transferred them back to their original container. My trick worked only so well as they were sticking together again in a week, though not nearly as badly, and the cornstarch was flavorless and well suited for creating an invisible coating where these were most sticky.The gummies are tasty, like soft candies that are not overly sweet or sugary. Nobody would know these are creatine gummies from eating them, though creatine is flavorless, not even the texture of these suggests they are anything more than delicious candy.I substituted my usual creatine for these for a couple of weeks to be as thorough as possible, and from my experience these seem to be the real deal. I have seen another reviewer mention a lack of 3rd party ingredient verification; I doubt that affects this as there are strict FDA rules on labeling.Under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA) the FDA mandates that labels clearly show all ingredients. While the FDA does not pre-approve these labels before they go to market, the rules very clearly state full disclosure is required by law. Manufacturers are legally responsible for label accuracy. The label also says these are made in the USA (Austin, TX.) which definitely means FDA compliance is not optional.So these ARE creatine gummies, we just can’t be certain of the amount without verification. After switching from my powder creatine and taking these for about three weeks there was no loss in muscle saturation in my body and face. I take creatine under the guidance of a nephrologist to avoid kidney issues, and these were very good at maintaining the same fullness I experienced with powder. I would add that I also had much less ‘creatine bloat’ from these as well, and no stomach upset.I liked that I could split my creatine intake from one shot to four gummies throughout the day, and found myself looking forward to the little sweet treats. My only complaint was the sticking, but otherwise these were fantastic.

Tasty, but not third party certified
These taste delicious and are really easy to eat and to pack on days when it’s not convenient to mix creatine powder into a drink. I’m happy that they’re vegan. I tried another brand of creatine gummies that were inedibly gross.Why didn’t I rate them higher? There’s no indication anywhere on the package or product description to indicate third party testing or specific lab practices. The supplements were made in China, and the “Others ingredients” list names “citric” and “rusberry flavour” as ingredients. This doesn’t inspire confidence.The supplement industry is rife with poorly made supplements purporting to contain different ingredients than they actually do. And they often contain dangerous contaminants like heavy metals. Creatine supplements are sometimes prepared in such a way that the creatine breaks down into a form that the body doesn’t absorb. There’s no way to know if these supplements actually contain what they say they do, or if they’re contaminated. I’ll use up the rest of this package, but when I run out, I’ll seek a brand with better documentation and quality control/reporting.

Good supplement but can’t get past the taste.
Low calorie creatine gummy for daily supplement looks good and ingredient looks fine. It’s not sticky enough where they all stick to each other. It’s pretty soft to chew but does have some tension on it. Hard to say if it has ingredients and amount of it that is listed in the supplement but that goes for majority of the supplements. Only issue for us was the taste. None of the family members could get past the soapy taste that it has. After taste lasted pretty long and we all ended up brushing teeth after it. It’s some of the reviewers mentioned, many like the taste but not for us.

I take gummies for several supplements and the biggest issue is usually that they’re way too sweet. These aren’t. Only 2g of added sugar, soft texture, pleasant raspberry flavor — easy to take daily without dreading it.5g of Creatine Monohydrate per serving hits the standard daily dose, and the formula adds BCAA 2:1:1, B12, and L-Taurine which rounds it out nicely. The B12 dose is high at 8333% daily value but that’s common in supplements and B12 is safe in large amounts.I take these before and after workouts. Muscle soreness clears faster and I notice a consistent energy bump. Hard to argue with that.Good product, would buy again.👍🏼
