I picked these up as a gift for someone who works out regularly but has always found creatine powder annoying to deal with. The gummy format makes the whole thing a non-issue. No measuring, no mixing, no clumps at the bottom of a shaker. At 5000mg of creatine monohydrate per serving, it’s a meaningful dose rather than a token amount, and the fact that collagen and BCAAs are also included makes it feel like a more complete pre or post-workout supplement rather than just creatine on its own. The addition of methylated B12 is a nice touch too. Sugar-free with a berry flavor that apparently doesn’t taste like a health supplement, which is a win.The 120-count container gives you a full month’s supply at the recommended serving, which is practical for building a consistent routine. Creatine is one of the best-researched supplements out there for muscle support, strength, and recovery, and having it in a format that’s actually enjoyable to take means you’re far more likely to stay consistent with it. Good ingredients, but super hard to chew!
While I do like the ingredients in these gummies, they are certainly not the best I have ordered. I do like that is has 5000mg of creatine, a lot of gummies fall short on this, especially when mixed with other ingredients. From multiple studies I’ve read, and research, I’m not sold that ingestible collagen actually really does anything, but it literally can’t hurt to try. I cannot stand the taste of collagen powders (even though they say tasteless) so I’m impressed these have 1000mg that is easier to get in, whether it truly does anything or not. The BCAAs are a nice little bonus, especially if you’re a gym goer. B12 is miniscule in these, not that I prefer to have it in any of my supplements, but it’s not really enough for any effect- positive or negative. My reason for the lack of stars is the taste and texture. These things are soooo hard to chew! I have super healthy, strong teeth and these are so hard and sticky that it takes forever to chew them. Add in the fact the you have to take 4 per dose, you’re chewing forever! The texture and taste is hard and waxy- like a semi strawberry flavored candle. They don’t taste gross and don’t leave an after taste so if you can tolerate the chewing to get them down, the ingredients themselves are pretty good. Personally I prefer something with less gummies per serving and that’s easier to chew.

Good but needs more time to tell a difference
I’ve been taking these creatine and collagen gummies for about 2 weeks now. They don’t really have much of a taste, which is actually fine with me, but the gummies are a little on the tough side and could definitely be softer.I haven’t noticed a huge difference in my energy or any noticeable changes from the collagen yet, but I also realize two weeks may not be long enough to see results. That doesn’t necessarily mean they aren’t working—I just haven’t noticed anything yet. Overall, they’re easy enough to add to my routine, and I’m going to keep taking them to see if I notice more benefits over time.

Solid product!
Creatine is something I’m trying to be good about taking. Powders are sort of inconvenient for me, so gummies are a good alternative. I like that these combine collagen and B12, too.The flavor makes these much more enjoyable than mixing another powder into a drink. They’re easy to grab and take. The texture is a little chewier than I expected, but not unpleasant, and it doesn’t bother me enough to outweigh the convenience. I like that they’re sugar-free, too.For someone who wants to incorporate creatine into an active lifestyle like me, but doesn’t particularly enjoy powders, this is a very convenient way to do it. Great taste
These have a great taste, small size, and good ingredients. They look just as the advertised pictures show them. The flavor is like fruit snacks, so it might be hard to only eat the recommended amount. Luckily, you can’t really eat too much creatine. I’d honestly recommend 3 to 4 times the dosage daily anyway. Its an alright value for the amount of money it costs. Creapure in powdered form is what i normally use. This is nice to be able to take on the job or out and about somewhere where a powdered form might not be as convenient. If you don’t mind it being in gummy form, I’d highly recommend it. It tastes really good.
