I ordered this particular brand of Creatine Monohydrate because of the solid formula mixture containing collagen, vitamin D3, iron, and calcium. Do I take all of these already? Yes, but I would prefer to have fewer items to take, so I gave this formula a try. Also, I compared the levels of each vitamin contained in this creatine gummy and adjusted my other “single-purpose ” vitamins to ensure I was at a safe level.The recommended serving size, per the label, is 4 gummies. I started at 1 and built my way up to avoid any unpleasant side effects. Happy to say that I did NOT experience any at all. I did feel like I had slightly more energy beginning about day 4.The gummies have a pleasant taste, not too sweet and that typical berry flavor. I can’t say they tasted like strawberry and lemons as stated on the label, but more like a generic mixed fruit flavor. I liked that they were not covered in any “sugar-like” coating that some vitamins use. The texture was like a jelly candy…..a little firm but not chewy or sticky. Again, no issues with the texture.The gummies are very easy to add into my daily routine. If the normal dose is 4/serving, then this container will last about a month. At $30/bottle (June 2026), that seems a bit pricey, but if they work and I can drop other vitamins that are incorporated into this one, it is an OK value.If you decide to incorporate creatine into your routine, make sure to drink more water. It really does help stave off dehydration. And last, please get your doctor’s advice, as this is just what I felt worked for me.
