I wanted to add creatine to my daily supplement routine. They taste great and don’t have a weird texture like I thought they might. I have noticed I have been able to lift more while at the gym as well, while it may not be large jumps in weight any help and progress is good for me as a beginner. For anyone starting their health journey I recommend these to, it’s not as intimidating as the powders and I can put them in my daily pill organizer with my other supplements.

I’ve been enjoying these creatine gummies so far. They’re much more convenient than mixing creatine powder every day, especially when I’m traveling or in a hurry. The gummies taste good, are easy to take, and don’t have the gritty texture I sometimes get with powdered creatine. I also like that the formula includes collagen, BCAAs, and vitamin B12. CAUTION: DO NOT ALWAYS FOLLOW THE DOSAGE SUGGESTION!
Gonna give this a mediocre star score: after following the label for suggested dosage, I was taking 4/day the first week. My kidneys started to hurt significantly. Knowing it had to be one of 2 new supplements, I backed off all both and did more research. That research showed I was taking WAAAY TOO MUCH!!! I should have only been taking 1/day!!!!! When I started taking them again I took only 1/day and I am tolerating them nicely. I am about half through the package, so I’ll know more in roughly a few weeks whether this is helping me or not. DO YOUR RESEARCH YOURSELF, DON’T RELY ON THE SUGGESTED DOSAGE ON THE LABEL!!!!!
