    great supplement

    my doctor recently diagnosed me with low D3 levels. Overwhelmed by the choices I picked this one out because it was from a vegan source. So far I notice more energy but haven’t had my levels checked yet. My only compliant was the bottle was huge for the pills.The pills themselves are very small and easy to swallow. I actually take 3 each morning. I found at if I took them to late in the day I didn’t sleep at night.

    Good value for your money

    Haven’t used it yet since I have a little left from my previous bottle. I like country life supplements. Good quality vitamin d. Have been using it for years. I also use the iron capsules from them. There products are easy to swallow and don’t have the medicine smell. Easy to use.
