A patient told me this was the only thing that helped her constipation issues… being that I too have a lot of issues w that for as long as I could remember, I bought this and yup! Works so much better than EVERYTHING else I’ve tried and I’ve tried well… everything. Sometimes need 3 a day but it’s gentle and it works. 🙂 better and easier to take than the other Mg supplements I’ve tried over the years too. So I take it mostly for constipation but then add in all the other benefits of mg and I’m sure it helps me in other ways.

My Migraine Relief
I have been taking Country Life Magnesium for the past four years at the recommendation of my doctor to help reduce the number of migraine attacks. It has helped me tremendously with my migraines. I also firmly believe that it helps me fall and stay asleep each night much better than melatonin pills or gummy bears I use to take.

i used to roll and turn in my bed for an HOUR before finally exhausting myself to sleep. I swear i was on some sort of schedule where i turned over every 10 minutes. Which was terrible for falling asleep. I started taking magnesium (and vit c) at night time and i get sleepy before I’m even in bed! i’m glad i don’t have to take melatonin anymore.. only when it’s really necessary. Plus this works faster than melatonin somehow.?I will add though,- i also changed some other habits to improve my sleep, like reducing caffeine intake and other personal things.. but i think the magnesium really helped! just my personal experience..

Best Magnesum I’ve ever tried
Country Life Magnesium Caps are the best dietary supplement I’ve tried in a while. I saw Michael Berry talk about these on his Facebook page. He said his wife gives them to him before bed. Since I have trouble sleeping myself, I decided to try it. I’ve been using these for almost 2 weeks now. I see a little difference already. These are the best so far that I’ve tried. I would recommend these to others!

My body is very sensitive when I took it. It did help me sleep, but I only took it one time because it had affect on me so I stopped but I’m pretty sure this is a good product but it’s just not for me.
