It did what I wanted it to do
I was experiencing a significant amount of hair loss for several months. I Thought my hair loss was due to poorly caring for my hair. I have thick coarse hair which requires special attention and care. I began using different hair products that others had success with, began doing weekly deep conditioning treatments, limiting my use of heat, and making sure my hair was appropriately moisturized at all times. I thought doing all this would decrease the shedding, but no such luck. I figured that since the above did not resolve my hair shedding issue, that nutrition could be to blame, this lead to my research on hair vitamins. There are so many hair vitamins on the market right now, so it was difficult for me to choose. Many of these vitamins have exotic ingredients that I was weary of. Finally upon completing extensive research on several hair vitamins, I felt like this particular vitamin was worth a try based on its ingredients. First let me add that I am not fond of the taste of these vitamins. I am aware that most vitamins do not have a pleasant taste, but the taste of these vitamins to me was very unpleasant. The odor is not that great either and to top it off the recommended dose is 4 pills per day. Taking these vitamins were brutal, but after 2 weeks I saw a very noticeable difference in my shedding/hair loss… I was ecstatic! After a month of use my excessive shedding was pretty much resolved. I was truly amazed at how quickly I saw results from using this product. I did not notice any significant hair growth within the first month of taking these, but I wasn’t concerned about that. My biggest issue was hair loss and this product completely resolved that issue.

Not too bad
I’ve only been using these for a week or so, so I can’t give a detailed review. I’ll tell you what I’ve experienced so far. It says to take four of these pills a day, which I didn’t think would be a problem until I saw the size and tasted them. This is my first time taking something like this, so I guess I’ll get used to it, but they’re pretty large pills. Easy to swallow for me, but could be hard for some. After taking them for about two days I noticed I was breaking out more, but I fixed this by drinking more water. I also hear that taking Vitamin B5 supplements or taking a multivitamin help to fix this. After a week of taking them, I noticed that my nails improved. I had just taken off acrylic nails myself and didn’t do it properly, so my nails were extremely thin and peeled a lot. They’re already stronger and are longer. I haven’t had anymore issues with peeling. I haven’t noticed any difference with my hair as of late, but I wasn’t expecting to for another month or so.Long story short: if you have issues swallowing big pills, find something smaller to takeif you have acne prone skin, drink more water daily, and/or get a multivitamin or B5 supplements to take.11/25 UPDATE: my nails are soo much stronger and healthier. They used to get to a certain length and would break, but I haven’t had that problem. They’re strong, not peeling, and long. My hair seems to be growing faster too…I’ve got to trim my bangs more often. I’ve also noticed that my leg hair grows incredibly faster too. They definitely seem to be working!

Honest truth
I bought this product almost two months ago and so far, i can tell a slight improvement in my hair, skin and nails.I see some reviews on here saying that they have seen no change at all but i know it takes about two months to flush out your system and allow the biotin to start taking proper affect. Around the two month mark your bottle and if you have been taking the suggested 4 pill a day dose then you should be almost out and ready for a new bottle. This can make people disappointed. DONT GIVE UP! Order another bottle and continue and if you still see no change then switch to a product with a higher biotin dosage; people are not made the same and some bodies need more than others.

Some initial side affects but now its amazing…
These were recommended to me by a dermatologist when I saw her for suddenly thinning hair. I’m a 30 year old male and it was affected the top/back part of my head. We talked about other options but she said these vitamins have worked well for some of her patients. In less than a month I noticed less shedding in the shower and now after several months I can feel its thicker with my hands. In the beginning I did get two of the most noted side affects: headaches and acne. BUT they went away quickly and seemed to only be as my body adjusted to the biotin. After two days at 4 pills I was getting a headache in the evening so I cut the dosage down to 3 pills for several days and drank more water. When I added the fourth pill back I just made just that I spaced them out better so that I wasn’t having too much in my system at one time and I haven’t had a headache since. With the acne, my forehead broke out all along the top and to be honest it was kind of intense. The addition of much more water into my daily routine and topical acne medicine took care of it in about a week. I’m glad that I stuck with it because the results have been even better than I imagined.

Hello, my vitamins arrived expected. Iv been taking these for a few years in and off for my hair( that was thinning and falling out). I took them on and off because I wanted to give my head a rest( my new growth is tender while it grow, it’s annoying) on its journey back to health. I was skeptical because I had read some reviews about how they break your face out. BOOM! then it hit me, they are called hair,skin, and nails. My grand took them like candy and her skin was flawless until she passed so why would you break out. So i began taking them and for about a week my face “broke out” but I stuck with it and after that week it so my skin was glowing and pimple free like no other time before. See,if you allow these vitamins to do as they are intended you will love them as much as I do but if u can’t take the fact that there are impurities in your faces skin and allow the vitamins to ouch then out you won’t get the maximum potential. I had to write a good review because these vitamins will never no be in my possession. I keep a bottle or two for when ever I’m ready to start again. I hope some found this helpful. Just stick with them.

From the negative comments, it sounds like the changed the formula from what it used to be. I’m not sure if they changed it back or what, but I’ve seen incredible success from this for hair loss with no side effects.And as for the comments complaining about the price, it was extremely cheap to begin with. Compare its price to that of other multivitamins and it’s still cheaper. And on top of that my hair in the center of my scalp appears much thicker, meaning when I comb my hair, it’s a lot easier to hide any baldness. It appears to be vanishing almost completely, reversing any of the damage I did when I stopped taking it.I’m never really compelled to write a review (don’t know if I have in the past or not, too lazy to check), but after the results I’ve seen after taking this again, I felt I needed to.

LIFE CHANGING
This is my first ever Amazon review. I had to come and leave a review for these because WOW! Last year I did gel manicures for 6 months leading up to my wedding. This ruined my nails causing them to become paper thin and split down the middle. For a few months I was trying everything and they would not get better.
