I have been taking Magnesium Glycinate in the evening for years at this point, and whenever there is an availability issue or price change in my typical brand, I shop around a bit. With these, the current price of less than $23 for a month’s supply (if taken as directed) is a little more expensive than I’d like, but the brand history and quality is what you pay for.Country Life has a long history, with a robust web presence, and strict manufacturing controls… which is reassuring. They also have numerous, traceable certifications across the brand and this specific product. The white caplets are on the larger side, but boast a glycerin coating that makes them smooth and easy to swallow… and they don’t start to melt and become gritty in your mouth.. They have no smell or taste. The daily dose is 3 caplets, which contains 350mg elemental magnesium (more than many brands), as well as vitamin D3… which is supposed to improve absorption. They were gentle on my stomach and I have experienced no negative side effects during use, which I appreciate.Overall this is a great supplement from a good, established brand, at a reasonable price for the quality.
