He Likes It!
There are so many awful tasting liquid vitamins out there, but I got lucky with this one! My husband and I are in our mid seventies and we just don’t eat as much as we used to even though we stay pretty active. Our pcp suggested getting a liquid vitamin, so after some research I chose this one. My husband is a bit more picky about taste than I am, but he really likes this one and happily takes it every day. It’s a bit too early to assess the efficacy, but I have noticed that he’s regained his alacrity.

Cup of sugar – can’t be healthy
Way too sweet. I take my vitamins first thing in the morning and I don’t want to spike my blood sugar at 6 am. This tastes like a cup of sugar.

Noticeable Difference After a Year of Taking It
I’ve been taking this liquid multivitamin for about a year now and have definitely noticed a difference in my overall energy and how I feel day to day. It’s become part of my daily routine and I like that it includes a wide variety of vitamins and minerals all in one. The taste can be a little strong on its own, so I usually add it into a smoothie and that works perfectly for me. Overall, I’ve been really happy with it and plan to keep using it!
