Beneficial sleep aid
I like this product I’ve been taking it for a while to give me some real restful sleep. It works really good. Sometimes I take two and then take four. It depends on each individual so I would start out with two and then worked it out. I have a really rough time sleeping at night. This has been beneficial. The amount of the items that are in this pill works wonders

Granted I have been taking this for a little over 3 weeks but I have not noticed any changes. I am still trying to see if it takes more time to build up but at this time I am not optimistic

I purchased this in hopes of regulating cortisol and dampening stress. I can honestly say, it works as expected. A gentle calm and less elevated angst.While this was where my hopes ended, ive noticed additional benefits that i wasn’t expecting. Im not sure which ingredient, but many of my daily aches and pains (joints, tendons, muscles- former athlete type “lesrn to live with) have completely subsided. I couldn’t believe the warm up phase in the morning is no longer needed.I started with half dose (2 capsules) before bed and have worked mt way up to 3-4 each night.I sleep well, solid REM sleep, wake up refreshed and without angst, pain, and even less bloated.This has been a life changer for me. I hope it works for you as well (47m)

The bottle came sealed wirh clear instructions on the label. The capsules are very easy to swallow without and strong unpleasant aftertaste.After consistent use, ive noticed a big difference with my stress level and it also helps to regulate my metabolism.Overall, this supplement has done what it is was supposed to do for me within 4 weeks.As everyone’s body is different and the results my look different for you, which is very important to keep in mind.

This supplement made me feel calm and relaxed about two hours after taking it. It’s non-drowsy, so I didn’t feel sluggish during the day, but when I went to bed, I slept well and felt rested. Overall, it delivered a nice sense of balance and worked as described. Ingredients are clean and fully labeled so you know they are not lying to you. Great Value!
