Tastes great and is easy to dissolve and mix!It’s quite strong which can be a good thing if you know the correct amount to use. It recommends one scoop per 16 ounces of water but I prefer to use one scoop per 32 ounces of water as I feel it can be a bit too sweet for my liking but that is a personal decision.It mixes well and dissolves super easy so you don’t have to stir like a madman to get it dissolved. I prefer drinking this in a shaker bottle and bringing it to the gym. It’s super refreshing with cold water and tastes like a real lemonade drink but without the added sugar.This is also made in the USA so you can trust that it is getting sourced and manufactured in a facility with higher standards rather than what you see being mass manufactured in countries with unethical or not as clean of a facility.There is no bad aftertaste and it delivers the appropriate amount of potassium needed for your daily activity especially if you are someone who is quite active physically. I am someone who goes to the gym often and likes to jog around so having this available makes a huge difference in making sure I am getting the electrolytes to function energetically throughout the rest of the day.Overall, this is a fantastic option for daily active people. Those who enjoy hiking, swimming, exercising, jogging, and are outdoors often because once you start sweating, you need to reenergize your body with electrolytes and this provides exactly that while not having harmful ingredients, not being too sweet, no added sugar, and performs well when mixed with regular drinks.Thumbs up from me!

Great Taste, but Way Too Much Sodium

I really wanted to love this electrolyte powder! The lemon-lime flavor tastes great, and using monk fruit instead of stevia or sugar is a massive plus for a clean sweetener option. It is super convenient for staying hydrated on the go, but the issue for me is the high amount of sodium in the formula. Proper hydration is important, but that much sodium makes this a nonstarter for my daily routine. Because of that, I do not think I will be reordering, even though the flavor and ingredient quality are solid.

Lemon-aid that’s mild sweet and perfect for drinking more water and getting the electrolytes. I recently started using electrolytes for when traveling to avoid headaches but wanted something that offered more value per drink for when home. Avoid Stevia was my goal along with others to avoid that bitter, licorice-like taste and instead uses monk fruit which is more fruit-forward sweetness and lemon flavor instead, big plus. making it pair seamlessly with natural fruit flavors. The 500mg of sodium is the common method for rapid hydration for our bodies with fluid absorption across the intestinal wall – I wouldn’t go over this amount, usually 300-500 is enough unless you’re really sweating. Unlike another brand that ends in IV, this includes magnesium which I like as this relaxes the blood vessels for those who suffer too from headaches, and muscles too for you athletes. Zinc and sea salts provides a bit of immune support and cellular metabolism replenishment. Pro-tip: while the advertised low potassium wasn’t a concern for me, those with liver concerns, taking high blood pressure pills this is a plus they kept it reasonable low which also makes it gut-friendly.Container comes half filled to make removing the power easy with their included scoop – which I measured to be about 1-1/2 teaspoon. Also, there’s a paper desiccant to avoid humidity or moisture clumping the power.Taste: the powder for me dissolved rather quick on it’s own in 30 seconds but a quick mix is all it takes. Gives it slight murky water appearance just like real lemon-aid does and taste just like a mild lemonade drink to – definitely not over sweeten and for me just right. I used about half a scoop for a quick taste in an 8oz cup otherwise it’s instructed to use a full scoop for 12-16oz of water.

The first thing you should pay attention to is the California Proposition 65 Warning on the back. This means that the product contains trace amounts of lead and or mercury. I use lots of different hydration products, from Liquid IV, LMNT, Gatorlyte, and others… I’ve never encountered one with a CA Prop 65 warning on the package. That right there shuts this product down. How are you expecting people to drink something that literally says on the jar that the product exposes you to chemicals known to cause cancer??? Another review calls this product “clean”, which is absolutely laughable. Yes, it lists only 5 ingredients… they must have missed the warning about the cancer before they called it clean.Second, Corelyte is a registered trademark of an industrial manufacturer based out of India. The company that is alleged to be the distributor lists an address on the package in Idaho, but they are an Oregon Registered Corporation and are not registered with the State of Idaho, and the business is registered to an apartment complex. There is no country of origin on the label, which is required by law on supplement labels under FDA regulations, and there is zero reference to any 3rd party lab testing to confirm their claims about content.Everything about this screams cheap imported supplement. They list social media profiles on the label that have zero followers, zero posts, zero activity. They don’t have a real website (it’s basically a godaddy placeholder for a website) with any sort of consumer information, and the contact information on the container is literally a Gmail address.
