I really enjoyed that these are soft gels it makes taking them so much easier I don’t like taking thick capsules as they tend to irritate the lining of my esophagus and make me feel uncomfortable sometimes even causing acid reflux these didn’t cause me any discomfort and went down readily I feel as though they make a noticeable difference as I’ve been taking them daily and noticed that my joints feel more comfortable and I feel more relaxed throughout the day my skin has a better glow to it and I’m overall normally very wary of taking fish oils but I’ve been finding that this does a way with that uncomfortable aftertaste and I haven’t noticed anything unpleasant as a result of taking these. Big pills, looks good quality, lots of omega
I feel pretty good about these pills. Everything seems very high quality, from the ad to the jar, to the lettering, and all the claims of third-party testing. The pills look very good quality, though somewhat large if that’s a concern for you. The most notable thing about these is the extreme amount of omega 3 in it. I assume that’s a good thing since that’s what we’re after. One pill has 2400mg of omega 3 in just one capsule. I’ve been taking a very nice krill oil, and it only has 560mg. That’s a huge difference! The pill is large, as I said, but it’s not four times larger than a normal pill, just slightly larger. Very potent formula!
