    Well-Backed Pre Workout With Real Certifications, Just Wish They Natural Sweeteners

    Core Med Science has a good reputation and this pre workout reflects that. The ingredient profile is solid, with a nice spread of L-citrulline, beta alanine, and 100mg of caffeine. That’s a reasonable stimulant dose, enough to feel a lift without the jittery crash you get from brands that cram in 300mg and call it a feature. Mixes clean and the bombsicle flavor is actually pretty enjoyable, which is a pleasant surprise for a pre workout that isn’t from one of the big mainstream brands.The NSF Certified for Sport label is the real standout here. That’s not just third-party tested, that’s one of the more rigorous certifications you can get in the supplement space. If you care about knowing what’s actually in the tub matches what’s on the label, this checks that box better than most.Two things hold it back. First, $40 is steep. You’re paying a premium for the certification and the brand, and not everyone’s budget stretches that far for a pre workout. Second, it uses sucralose for sweetening. Personal preference, but I’d rather see a natural alternative in a product that otherwise positions itself as a cleaner option.Would recommend it for anyone who prioritizes transparency and certification, just know you’re paying for it.

    Great but made me feel all prickly

    So I’ll start with the good. It tastes great! It reminds me of like Gatorade or something. These can taste so bad but this one I didn’t mind drinking at all. It’s also definitely for a lot of caffeine and did eventually give me quite a boost.BUT.It also made me like, prickly? all over. Almost like when your leg goes to sleep but everywhere. It’s not the same as niacin. I looked it up and think it might be the arginine? Not my favorite side effects for sure. But it did subside after 20 minutes or so, and if I’d actually been working out instead of rotting on my couch, it may not have been so noticable. It was effective, ave did help increase focus at work.

    This pre-workout has a solid formula for anyone who wants energy, focus, and workout support without going into a super high-stim option. I like that it includes ingredients like caffeine, L-citrulline, beta alanine, and Alpha GPC, since those are commonly used in pre-workouts for energy, pumps, endurance, and focus. The NSF Certified for Sport label is also a nice quality detail, especially for people who care about testing and ingredient standards. Since it does have caffeine and beta alanine, it is smart to start with a smaller amount first, especially if you are sensitive to stimulants or do not like the tingling feeling beta alanine can cause. The Bombsicle flavor sounds fun, though with pre-workout powders, taste and texture can be a little strong or slightly gritty depending on how much water you use, so mixing it well with cold water would probably help. The price is a bit higher than basic pre-workouts, but for 30 servings and a cleaner-looking formula, the value seems fair.

    I’ve tried a lot of pre workouts over the years, and this one has quickly become one of my favorites. I use it before my F45 workouts, and it gives me exactly what I’m looking for. Clean energy, better focus, and a solid pump without feeling jittery or wired.The Bombsicle flavor is really good too. It’s easy to drink and mixes completely with just a shaker bottle. No clumps or gritty texture.I also like the ingredient profile. The combination of L Citrulline, Beta Alanine, Alpha GPC, and a moderate amount of caffeine gives me steady energy throughout my workout without a hard crash afterward. Since it’s NSF Certified for Sport, I also feel more confident about what I’m putting in my body.What stands out most is how balanced it feels. I can train hard, stay focused, and still feel normal afterward instead of feeling overstimulated.Overall, I love this stuff.     Best Pre-Workout

    Absolutely love this pre-workout! I’ve tried a lot of different brands, but Core Meds really stands out because of its focus on clean, quality ingredients without loading the formula up with a bunch of unnecessary additives and questionable chemicals.     Good formula from a reputable company

    Core Med Science is a reputable company, and this formula is NSF certified for sport. For those that don’t know, that’s a voluntary 3rd party certification to ensure label accuracy, quality of the supplement, and that it’s free of contaminants. That’s a big deal! Supplement safety is important in an unregulated industry, and it’s worth the extra money to me. The formula is composed of well-researched supplements in moderate doses. Nothing extreme like some others.The powder mixes easily with water. I only use half a scoop because 100mg of caffeine is excessive for me. The taste is pretty good. Half a scoop is effective for me. It gives me energy and helps me focus. I’m not sure how much more effective my workouts are, but i definitely feel better and have more stamina.

    Great Taste but uncomfortable side effects

    Definitely gives you a rush but the muscle tingles were too much for me. I’m a 44 year old guy who works out 4 times a week. I was looking for something to give me a bit of an edge and help break me out of the plateau I was in. I tried this pre-workout. The flavor was delicious. Even mixing a scoop with 32 ounces of water (8 oz is recommended) the flavor was still on point.The issues started a half hour later when all of the muscles I was working really started to tingle and sort off itch. I used the product a few more times but couldn’t get past the feeling.
