Great Clean Creatine – NSF Certified & More Affordable Than Other Premium Brands

I’ve been familiar with Core Med Science for years because I’ve been using their liposomal Vitamin C, which uses the high-quality Quali-C form from Scotland – a reputable source known for excellent purity and rigorous testing. So when I decided to try creatine, I was happy to see they offered this version.I’m new to creatine, but after hearing so many good things about its benefits as we get older – better strength, recovery, and even some brain perks – I finally decided to give it a try. Living in Florida, the heat and humidity can drain you pretty quickly, so I wanted something simple that might help with stamina and endurance. This Core Med Science Sport Creatine Monohydrate Powder stood out because it’s super clean – just pure micronized creatine monohydrate with nothing else added. No flavors, sweeteners, or fillers. What I like most is the NSF Certified for Sport label. That gives me confidence that it’s been properly tested for purity and banned substances. I compared it to Thorne Creatine (which is often considered a top-tier option and also NSF certified). This one feels very similar in quality and cleanliness while staying straightforward and no-frills. Both are unflavored, easy-to-mix powders that deliver a solid 5g dose, but this one comes in at a much lower price point.Mixability has been good so far – it easily stirs into water. There’s basically no taste, which is exactly what I wanted.I’ve only been using it for about a week, so I’m still early in the process, but I’m hoping to notice better stamina. No bloating or stomach issues to report, which is a nice bonus for a beginner like me.If you’re looking for a clean, athlete-oriented creatine with strong third-party verification and no unnecessary extras, this is a solid choice. It competes well with premium options like Thorne on quality while keeping things simple and more affordable. Worth considering if purity and simplicity matter to you!

    It’s….creatine.

I’ve gone through a lot of creatine powders over the years, and this one checks the boxes I usually look for: micronized texture, clean ingredients, and no weird flavoring or artificial junk trying to turn creatine into dessert mix cosplay. The powder dissolves better than many budget creatines I’ve tested. It still settles slightly if you let it sit too long, which is pretty normal for monohydrate, but it mixed smoothly into water and protein shakes without leaving a gritty layer of “wet sidewalk chalk” at the bottom of the shaker. What stood out most to me is the NSF Certified for Sport aspect. That extra layer of third-party testing adds some confidence, especially for athletes or anyone who cares about ingredient purity and label accuracy. The formula itself stays refreshingly simple with just 5g of micronized creatine monohydrate per serving, which honestly is all most people need anyway. ()I also appreciated that it’s completely unflavored. Easy to throw into a smoothie, electrolyte mix, or post-workout shake without affecting taste much. The only minor drawback is the container scoop tends to bury itself into the powder during shipping, triggering the classic creatine treasure hunt on first opening.Overall, this feels like a clean, high-quality creatine supplement with good mixability, solid certification standards, and exactly the kind of straightforward formula I prefer for long-term daily use.

Creatine to fuel your muscle growth

I’ve used a few different creatine powders over the years, and this one has been one of the cleaner and easier mixing options I’ve tried. The micronized texture dissolves much better than standard creatine powders, so I do not end up with gritty clumps sitting at the bottom of the shaker. Since it is unflavored, it also blends easily into protein shakes, pre workouts, or even plain water without affecting the taste too much. What I like most is that the formula focuses on pure creatine monohydrate without a bunch of unnecessary additives. Creatine is one of the more researched supplements for supporting muscle strength, workout performance, recovery, and endurance, and I have definitely noticed better consistency during training when taking it daily. I also like that this product highlights some of the cognitive and recovery related benefits that people sometimes overlook, including support for focus, mental clarity, and healthy aging related muscle maintenance. The NSF Certified for Sport testing is another big plus because it adds confidence in the quality and purity of the product. Like any creatine supplement, the benefits build over time with regular use rather than acting like an instant pre workout boost. Overall, this feels like a high quality and straightforward creatine option for anyone looking to support strength, recovery, hydration, and overall performance without extra fillers or gimmicks.

    awesome

I’ve been using the Core Med Science Creatine Monohydrate Powder (Unflavored) mainly to support workout performance and recovery, and I like that it keeps things very simple with a straightforward creatine monohydrate formula and no added flavoring. In terms of mixability, it dissolves reasonably well in water or protein shakes, though like most creatine monohydrate powders, I still notice a little settling at the bottom if I let it sit too long. Since it’s unflavored, it blends easily into other drinks without changing the taste too much. For performance, I notice the biggest benefits in workout endurance and muscle fullness when I’m using it consistently. It helps support strength-focused training and recovery over time rather than giving an immediate “energy boost.” I also appreciate that it doesn’t contain a lot of unnecessary extras or stimulants. The texture is fairly standard for creatine powder — slightly grainy if mixed only with water, but much smoother in shakes or blended drinks. I prefer using it in smoothies or protein drinks for the best experience. In terms of digestibility, I personally tolerate it well as long as I stay hydrated and don’t overload the serving size. Since it’s plain creatine monohydrate, consistency matters more than timing for seeing results.

    Great!

Great tasting creatine it dissolve very quickly in lukewarm water even cold water, but I also don’t have a problem with chewing my water a little bit so if it was still in there, it did not bother me. I could not taste it, and it was definitely a good creatine source.

    Very good, I recommend it.

I love it, I’ll buy it again

    basic creatine monohydrate supplement

This is exactly what I look for in a basic creatine monohydrate supplement — simple, transparent, and properly dosed. You get 5g of pure creatine monohydrate per serving with no unnecessary fillers, sweeteners, or trendy “performance blends.” I also appreciate that it’s NSF Certified for Sport and third-party tested, which adds a level of trust and quality control that a lot of cheaper creatine products don’t have. The powder is unflavored and mixes reasonably well, although like most creatine monohydrate, there can still be a little sediment at the bottom if you let it sit too long. Since it’s unflavored, it’s easy to add into water, juice, smoothies, or protein shakes without affecting the taste much. There’s basically no odor, which I appreciate because some supplements can have a strong chemical smell. At $31.50, it’s definitely more expensive than generic bulk creatine powders, but the NSF certification and third-party testing may make it worth it for athletes or anyone who prioritizes purity and quality assurance. You also get 90 servings, so the container lasts a long time.I personally did not experience any noticeable side effects like bloating, stomach discomfort, or cramping while using it. Overall, this is a clean, effective creatine supplement with solid quality standards. Nothing flashy — just straightforward creatine that does what it’s supposed to do.

Love this creatine, it really doesn’t have a flavor, has 90 servings, definitely a recommendation

I’m totally blow away with this product, ever since my coach told me about creatine and how it helps in your workouts, we work out 4 times a week. I was able to drink this creatine with water and I didn’t test it at all, and I didn’t need to run to grab something to get the yucky test out of my mouth. I don’t mind having to take supplements/vitamins but they can’t be nasty or there’s a good chance I won’t take them 😩, but no worries with this creatine. When I first tried it, I was shook, you hear me, when this said unflavored, I was like yeah, right I’ve heard that before, but this time it was true. Thank you NSF for bringing a product to the world that does what it says. I need more strength, endurance, cognitive support, as you get older, you’ve got to take care of what you’re blessed with 💪🏾💪🏾, this is definitely on the recommendation list, and if you know any family members/friends that work out, trying to get stronger, go longer, and looking for muscle growth & who exercise, this maybe a nice gift for them. I will be continuing to take this before or after class, I’m trying to see if it makes a difference, so far, not yet. There are 90 servings & has a scoop making it easy peasy, just a scoop in your liquid & blend it and you’re good to go😉👍🏽. The price point isn’t bad either.
