The real deal
This is the real deal CoQ10. Easily swallowed smaller capsules in the traditional orange color. You take two for a total dose of 400 mg. I take these daily and they’re an essential part of my regimen. I totally approve! IYKYK

Quality appears to be excellent
I always look for a certified facility and third party testing for quality assurance, and this has both, in the USA. The expiration date printed on the bottle is 32 months after receiving it.These are the small softgels, very easy to swallow. Two per dose. Obviously, you could take one a day for a smaller does, but I like taking a bigger dose of CoQ10.I’ve been taking CoQ10 daily for decades, and consider it essential.

The Novafun CoQ10 supplement does not have a bad taste or smell. I did not notice any aftertaste or have any side effects. The soft gel went down easy.

Pricey for CoQ10
I took off a star because these are pricey for CoQ10, but they work well for my needs. I have a chronic condition that I take CoQ10 for daily and these were nicely sized orange colored gel capsules that were not difficult for me to swallow. You take two of them for the 400mg, so if you only need to take 200mg, just take one of them and this will last you 90 days instead of 45 days. Overall, this works like other CoQ10 supplements, but I probably would not purchase these again simply because of the cost being more than my usual CoQ10 supplement. NOT 400mg capsules!
The misleading copy adjacent to the ad listing photo reads: “NOVAFUN CoQ10 400mg capsules.” Not true. Reading the description you’re told they are 200mg capsules…so you must take 2 capsules to achieve the stated 400mg dose. This doesn’t mean they’re a bad product, and I actually like their rather clean, minimalist formula—no lactose, dairy, gluten, artificial flavors, or sweeteners. Too, the price for a 45-day supply (90 divided by 2) is reasonable. I just wish product clarity had been more forthcoming.

CoQ10 is present throughout the body and is of course especially important to heart health, but quantities diminish considerably due to age and/or other environmental stressors.Daily supplemental dosage is commonly recommended at 100mg, but depending on individual needs it may be higher. This is an excellent option for someone who requires more and being able to easily choose to take either 200 or 400 per day is particularly nice. For me, this bottle is therefore a 90-day supply as I will take only one per day. It is not junked up with unnecessary ingredients and it being suspended in MCT oil is a plus as well. Their size is smaller than it appears in the seemingly photoshopped listing photo, so they are not difficult to swallow (my photo is of one next to one of my fish oil supplement soft gels).The building, maintenance, and operation of a supplement manufacturing facility is prohibitively expensive; therefore, the vast majority of dietary supplements are produced by huge, private label manufacturers or contract manufacturers and then ‘brand’ labeled according to customer preferences. Their manufacturing location may be domestic or foreign and is not dependent upon where the product is marketed. This in general gives me confidence, as it is in the best interest of the manufacturer *if they are in the US* to make sure that what is listed on the label is in fact in the bottle.Novafun is a brand trademark owned by America Willings Pharm LTD. Per that website, they have a presence in Asia, the US, and the Netherlands. From reading thru that website, they seem to be a private label manufacturer, but that to me is a bit unclear and some of the wording and grammar used would appear to indicate that the parent company is Asian. Where this is made is also unclear as the listing says in the US, but the label does not.I feel confident that what is on the label is contained in the bottle and think that at the current price of $29.95 for 90 soft gels is a good value.

Deceptive packaging: Another reviewer also caught this – the package leads you to believe you’re buying 90 400 mg capsules; in reality, they are 200 mg capsules. The back says, in fine print “serving size 2 capsules” to get the 400 mg dose. The quality seems fine, but I won’t buy this brand again because of this deception.

This product has been very useful to me, especially for heart health. It is also an antioxidant which helps increase energy. It is a great supplement, which is why I highly recommend it. I am sure that you will also feel its benefits.
