No Flavor & Mixes VERY Easily Without Any Clumping
I have taken creatine supplements before without any problems or side effects and have had muscle and strength gains from doing so, and was hopeful I would experience the same with this product. This product came with a flimsy external plastic cellophane like wrapper over the lid that practically fell off when I went to remove such, but also came with a reassuring internal seal that was solidly and sturdily affixed to and covered the entire inside top of the jar. The jar says it is “Manufactured in USA with domestic and international ingredients.”It has no flavor at all and has easily mixed with a variety of drinks that I have consumed it with, including coffee, Gatorade, health supplement combo shakes, orange juice, and water. It mixes very easily and very well, without any clumping whatsoever, which is great.Initially, I took this product only three times because on each of the three separate times I took it I had significant abdominal pain and cramping within 1-2 hours after taking such, and the pain and cramping would last for roughly 7-10 hours, making it very uncomfortable to even try to lift weights or otherwise work out within minutes to hours after taking such. I have not experienced this same side effect when taking other creatine supplements, but stomach pain, bloating, and cramping are somewhat common side effects from creatine supplements and sometimes it can depend on the type of creatine supplement and/or how it is taken (e.g., with food, after a meal, or on an empty stomach, or with certain kinds of foods or liquids, etc.).After experiencing the above side effects, I gave this product a few more tries, each time trying something different (e.g., taking it with a high fiber or high carb meal, or just after such a meal, or with abundant hydration) to see if such would ameliorate the abdominal pain and cramping. After doing so, I found that, for me, taking this product with a high fiber/high carb meal or just after such a meal helps to prevent the abdominal pain and cramping I was having. As for this product’s efficacy, to date I have noticed only a nominal increase in muscle mass while taking it and working out healthily, but it has been an increase in lean muscle mass, which is good. On this basis, I give this product 4 stars.

Easy to drink even with water
At first when I had a scoop of the Creatine Monohydrate Powder in a cup of water, felt slightly chalky and some flavor to it and then when I added more water to it, I couldnt tell any taste and it was very easy to drink it.

great quality and mixes easily too
this is just some good quality creatinine. this is actually a great product as it makes it clear exactly what your getting and how much per serving. a lot of other supplements add in several things when you only want one.additionally this is independently tested by a 3rd party for purity and quality. this is also finely milled to prevent the sludge you get from other stuff. it seems to dissolve completely and the flavorless formula is great for adding to whatever you want.
