Been taking for several weeks
I’m not sure what I’m supposed to see a difference in our of it’s just supposed to be good for me. I’m going to take the whole bottle. I’m not a fan of having to take 3 caps a day but I guess that’s how they get the dose. That’s just a lot. I haven’t noticed any change in my joints or arthritis in the last few weeks. Maybe it takes the whole bottle

These vitamins have been very helpful so far, I originally like to order vitamins like this because I know they help the woman’s system overall, but my mother has been on menopause for a little while now and I still notice her mood swings and her mood changes. Not to mention with every year that it gets us aging… She’s enjoying them and even though I’m not in menopause, it’s still been helping fluctuate. My moods better without as many hot flashes or irritable moments. So they function very well in my system and I’ve been getting some pretty good sleep and her sleep Quality has been pretty well, She’s lost about 10 lb so far, It’s good to see weight loss. I can’t say it’s directly from these but it’s definitely helped and the value of what this is for money is just as awesome, thank you!

Worth trying.
Judging from one bottle, it’s worth trying another. Have noticed small/subtle changes during moments of typical stress. Cannot say for sure this is what’s taking the edge off but it’s worth ordering another bottle to see for certain. Sleep has not improved or degraded and I’ll update this review if anything changes. No issues taking them (stomach sensitivities).

Alot of goodness in one
I’ve been taking this for a while. I like that it has probiotics as well as prebiotics to balance with all the herbal supplements. I don’t detect a taste or smell. They’re easy to swallow. I haven’t yet seen any changes but I like the stuff in it. It’s like an all-in-one for women. I like it so far.

This product was used by one of the women in my immediate family, who says that it seemed to ease her hot flashes and night sweats, and had no noticeable adverse effects. She says she feels like she slept better when taking these, and that the capsules were easy to take, had no taste or odor, and no negative digestive effects. I was so hoping it worksI was so hoping it works
I brought these with me on my last trip and had enough time to say that they did not do anything for me. I took it for the probiotic at first, but was hoping for some relief with hot flashes. Nothing. Maybe my body is just different. The capsule is the usual size. Does not have any funny smell or aftertaste.

Absolutely a waste of my money on this – having taken them for quite a while and didn’t see any improvements as advertised. Lately I noticed quite a bit mood swings and my family complained about how grumpy I was sometimes. I have stopped taking these pills due to the bad effects. Would not recommend it to anyone.
