The pills not too big and are easy to swallowIngredients include:Sea moss, black seed, ashwaganda, burdock, bladderwrack, ginger root, tumeric,Featured in the blend:Apple cider vinegar, dandelion, yellow dock, elderberry, Manuka honey, iodine and Black pepper  I Have only been taking these for 3 weeks and the benefits I’ve noticed so far are less bloating. Excited to see what other benefits I will see with continued use.

    Curved my appetite

    Not sure if this was an intended side effect, but this pill has been curbing my appetite. I am eating less when I do eat, and I dont get hungry until 11 am, when before I was getting hungry by 730 am (I normally wake at 6am).I only take 1 a day right before I eat my first meal. It’s worth the money for such a happy side effect :). I will say this: I have not seen a difference on the scale, and I’m not one to go measuring my body daily, so do not consider my review as confirmation of weight loss. I simply believe that this pill helps with overeating, and maybe after consistent use and time, I’ll see the difference in a handful of lbs.
