    Red Yeast Rice Helps To Lower My Cholestrol So I’m Giving This A Try

    I was taking Red Yeast Rice years ago to help lower my bad cholesterol but quit for some reason. My doctor noticed my numbers have spiked and asked why I stopped taking it. This confirms it was actually working. I haven’t used this particular brand before but I’m giving it 5 stars because:- A good formulation and proprietary blend of vitamins, minerals and supplements.- I appreciate the transparency of listing the ingredients on the seller’s page. No surprises.- Five month’s supply (150 days) is enough time to determine its true efficacy.- The current price is very reasonable, especially given the quantity.- You only take one capsule per day.- The capsules are small and easily digestible.

    Easy to take,no stomach or intestinal upset!

    I purchased this product to assist in reducing my cholesterol. I’m still on my first bottle and won’t have results for another 4 months. Do I’ll have to further review after those results are in. My doctor has in the past asked me to take several of the supplements separately that are contained in this supplement except the Bergamot withoutresults. So we’ll see…more to come.

    My Secret Weapon

    I have had a positive experience taking all the ingredients separately, so having them all in one capsule is both convenient and economical. I experienced no digestive distress, which I might have if I took all 15 ingredients individually at one time. Combing so many ingredients in one capsule, with so many servings per bottle, makes this a great buy. Only time and labs will tell if I received all the reported benefits. But, I can say, I am experiencing less pain and moving more easily. I am in a better mood with a higher stress tolerance level. And, I can finally sleep through the night without waking up every few hours. My blood sugar levels have improved. And, I’ve also been pleasantly surprised to see I’ve lost some belly fat. I was suffering from constipation, but everything is moving better since taking this. Consequently, this ticks off all the boxes and is a winner supplement.

    These are great quality vitamins. They are easy to swallow for me, but I have a lot of expirence with vitamins and prescriptions so keep that in mind. They didn’t leave any side effects and or nasty taste.The main reason I was trying them was for cholesterol reduction and pain relief. I haven’t had another blood check, but I did see some pain relief and perhaps some boost in energy. So fingers crossed!
