Feeling more energized and focused
I’ve been taking these Green Tea Extract capsules for about two weeks now, and I can honestly say I’ve noticed a nice little boost in my energy levels. It’s not a jittery or overwhelming kind of energy like you’d get from strong coffee, just a more steady, awake feeling that helps me get through the day. Good blend of extra ingredients to go along with green tea
Green tea is a supplement I’ve been taking for years, so I was happy to try these capsules from Nessarit. One thing I like is that each one contains 500 mg of green tea extract, which means one per day is all you need to take. I also like these capsules have additional ingredients in addition to the green tea. such as vitamin C, ginger, green coffee bean, resveratrol, blueberry, pomegranate, cayenne pepper, black pepper and more. These are good additions to go along with the green tea, in my opinion. This Amazon webpage selling this product boasts that these supplements are made in the USA, but the label on the bottle does not say that; the label says only that this product is distributed by Nessarit, which is a USA company. I wish there was proof that these truly are made in the USA. Regardless, I’ve been taking these for about a month now and have had zero issues, so they seem fine. I do like they the bottle was double sealed: the entire bottle was fully wrapped in clear cellophane, and there was also a foil seal across the bottle opening. Since the serving size is one capsule per day, this bottle of 150 capsules will last about five months, making these a smart value.

I’ve been taking these green tea capsules for a few weeks and like them overall.
